Lisa was very nice but couldn’t get my color right! The lighting in the salon is terrible. She had to redo my hair. When I got home I realized how poorly blended it was and the colors were completely off. They were all so nice but it was also the MOST expensive hair service I have had in all of the north shore!! Crazy!! Would have been fine if it was an exceptional job.

As a new customer, Ida’s salon treated me with such kindness and patience. I came in a few days ago looking to get my hair colored after I had my hair dyed red, and Lisa immediately got to work. I had a thorough shampoo and conditioning along with some hair treatments and then the hair dye process began. I was looking to cover up as much leftover red as I could without going too dark. In the end, my hair came out a little lighter than I expected, turning more coppery than brown. However!! The staff picked up on my hesitation and told me to call them again if I want to change the color. I was so grateful for their attention and it showed how much they truly care about their customer base. Today, they re-dyed my hair and it turned out perfect. On top of that, Lisa is a magic with her shears. She cut my layered hair so well and it looked like she barely broke a sweat. I am grateful to both Michael and Lisa for reaching out to help me get the results I wanted!!!! I will obviously be coming back ❤️
