Really like checking in on line. When I get there checking in with phone number. If any hardly no waiting. I use Ashlee every time she knows how I want my hair done. Does entire MVP very well also. I believe all of them are well trained.

I came here on the Saturday before New Year's Eve at around 4:30 pm, which they where closing at 6. Ashley M. cut and styled my hair, which I was very impressed. I did get the MVP treatment that included the following in this order; a styled hair cut to your preference, then a wash and rinse with a head massage, (which Ashley explained she was trained by Sport Clips to massage certain pressure points to relax and relieve everyday pressures). The combination of the warm water, shampoo and conditioner, was a perfect combination well worth the extra cost. We then went back to her hair station where she blow dried my hair. Then added hair products to finally finish her master piece. The whole experience was awesomely-perfect. Ashley was very easy to talk to, and even more important, wasn't in a hurry, even though it was at the end of her shift, and they had a line waiting. If this all wasn't enough, they had a rerun game with the Chiefs and Broncos playing on all the numerous TV's throughout the place. I would highly recommend getting a haircut here, and also treating yourself to the MVP treatment. It's well worth every penny spent.

App times are way way off. Chatty and friendly staff is fine but at some point get the client in and out so others don’t wait an extra 30min!!

Andrea, who cut my hair, did an excellent job and conferred with me on all decisions regarding length, style, and cut. She was a wonderful conversationalist and didn't blink at doing an alternative hairstyle for me. She was an amazing professional and knew exactly how to handle my cowlicks and concerns. Hard to get the same quality each time as the staff is always changing. It's decent for the price and convenience. It is sad to say how bad this location has become understandably staffing Anywhere is hard anymore, but this has gone from a four to a three to a one star experience and we will no longer come back. From this point forward, I would much rather drive 30 minutes each way to Chesterfield then 45 minutes waiting for an appointment because they can’t seem to hold their schedule Not to mention to receive better quality service anywhere else would be worth the drive

By hair USED to go down to my nose, I asked to get it cut up to my eyebrow. It's literally a whole inch and a half away from my eyebrow couldnt hav cut my hair shorter could you😭🙏

So, I am so happy that Sharon is back at my Sports Clips. She is awesome as are all lady's who work there. I really injoy getting what hair I have left cut there. The conversations with each of them and the laughter shared make for a really enjoyable visit. You rock, Sharon B.

I've been going to this store for close to 2 years usually it's fine. Not this time checked in online then drove to the store signed in. Sign in showed 26 minute wait A hour later I'm still waiting a customer in front of me took 40 minutes to cut it was a very simple haircut turns out he was the stylist boyfriend so he got extra long service and I was forced to wait. Once I figured out what was going on I left I value my time and myself enough not to put up with this high school behavior. If you value your time and yourself I suggest you look else where to get your hair cut
