ART NAILS SPA

Had a break before work. Decided to get a basic pedicure. Take in mind that I've been here before it's just been a while. I go in use the restroom and am seated. It begins. The technician ask if I want gel I say no I don't like it on my feet. She doesn't like it but continues. Half way through she ask if I want my nails done I tell her no thank you. From that point on its an uncomfortable experience. She paints my nails ,sloppy. and just leaves me there and moves on to the next client. I listen the next person wants the same pedicure I just received. She treats them extremely different. Politely. Meanwhile I'm left in the chair she doesn't ask for my payment or even acknowledge that I'm still there. The other technicians are very polite to everyone else and just ignore me. One more customer comes in and is treated differently. I'm very disappointed in the treatment I received especially since my first experience was so was so wonderful that I've sent others to this salon. I got up paid no tip and left. This was the rare occasion that I had time to myself and wanted to enjoy. I set aside hundreds of dollars every month for myself and never get to use it. I was ready today but the vibe was very unfriendly. I was told by others that they didn't have a good experience and I responded that that couldn't be true. I was just proven wrong. The treatment should be the same no matter the services. Im going home to do what I should've the first time. Do it myself.

This was my first time here, and David did such an amazing job on my nails, he was so patient and sweet, and he made sure everything was to my liking, I will definitely be returning, and the receptionist was very sweet, greeted me and offered me a drink upon arrival!!:)

It was my first time and I had the pleasure of having Lucy do my nails. I have never been happier with a service in my life. Her attention to detail was impeccable and I was very impressed. Definitely will be coming back. Highly recommend!

Loved Art Nail Spa first impressions was that the space is so modern and clean. Great customer service and nail artists who can complete custom designs! I have been going to Tommy for years now because and have never been disappointed. Wished I still lived in Columbia so I can have my nails done here all the time!

Tommy and Lucy are the BEST at what they do. It is a family atmosphere and they treat you as such. My wife and I are called and treated like their parents. If you want an EXCELLENT experience, go to the Art Nail Spa on Augusta Rd. I promise, you will not regret your chouce

My left hand looked absolutely beautiful! But my right hand was shaped terribly. First, the nails were filed shorter on my right hand then on my left. Second, the nails on my right hand are crooked. I asked him to fix the shape and he kept shaping it in the wrong direction making it more crooked than it was before. The total set cost me $70 which is absolutely ridiculous considering I got no special designs or anything and my right hand looks terrible.

Me and my daughter went on her birthday March 6th and it was horrible. The man Paul I think his name was shaped my nails wrong, lumpy, crooked and not touching my nail base. When I told him about it he got mad and this other lady tried to fix the shape. When I was fed up I went to pay and they charged me 5 extra dollars to fix my nails he messed up!!! Then yesterday 3 of my daughter’s nails popped off In less than a week!!!! I will never give them my hard earned money again!!!

Hands down the best service I’ve ever got at a nail salon. They did an awesome job on mine an my three daughters nails.

Excellent Excellent Service I love it here and will most definitely return. I didn’t get his name but I think he is in Seat 9 the first one on backside with hat 🧢 on he was extremely nice and I felt very relaxed there. They have everything you want ima get dem crab legs the next time that man pull up ima be ready😍

I got the Classic Pedicure and had a great experience! It's newly remodeled and very open and well lit space. Great hours too, open earlier than other salons in the area.
