Nova Nail Lounge

I was really disappointed with my daughters experience with Jane. The nails did not come out how I asked, and the quality was not good they started chipping as soon as she walked out the door. On top of that, she seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to detail. She had her kid with her and was in a hurry. I told her the color was wrong and she said that my daughter had already paid. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for long-lasting, professional work. I have been a customer for years but feel like the work has really gone down especially for the price. If I wanted my nails to look half ass I would polish them at home and do them myself. I pay for a service and expect it to meet my expectations. There’s better service for nails in Albuquerque, I’d stay away from this place unless you want to waste your money.

Amy is an incredible artist!! Every set of nails she has done for my daughter and I have came out amazing! From cat eye to nail art, they are always gorgeous! These are unicorn cat eyes and they are absolutely stunning. I will continue to take my daughter and myself to Amy. 🤩

I love Mia, she is always precise and takes her time to do my nails...Couldn't ask for a better artist. I love this salon, very clean and the staff are so friendly and they take good care of their customers. Love Nova Lounge.

Customer service was incredible. The front desk guy was so hospitable. Shayla, Tammy and especially Jojo worked magic on my daughter and I and even squeezed in an extra service that originally I wasn’t going to get due to scheduling issues. Jojo, it is rare to find what you offered. She was so sweet and made sure my daughter and I had a water and juice and even an extra juice. She didn’t make me feel like a problem or a hassle, she truly just made me feel like she cared. She took her time and made sure her work was quality regardless of me being the very last person to walk out her door. So thankful. I’ve been looking for another salon to replace my home salon that is closing permanently. I’ve found my new nail needs home.💕

Mia was amazing!! She is extremely talented not only with the nail shape and process but her artistic skills blew my mind. She did exactly what I envisioned. Highly recommend Mia and Nova Nails in general. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Mia is always so professional when I come in! So sweet and kind always does her best to accommodate my nails designs! She is always giving me options as well as pricing before I commit to the official product!! Mia is very talented and am forever grateful for her expertise!

Amy and Mia are my go to girls here! Anything I bring to them they always get it done with no problem. I never feel rushed or like an inconvenience to them like I have at other places. Anyone at Nova will always make me feel welcomed and take the time for me as I know, I do like things on the more detailed side and take a little more time to finish. But they definitely focus on quality instead of quantity and that’s what I respect and don’t mind the price. I’ll never complain here.

will never go back. the nails I got were very uneven. the way she did the dip was terrible, I think if I barely hit my nail or jam it it’s gonna come off. I told her about it and she said that it was my fingers that were the problem. iv had dip nails multiple times at another salon and none have compared to this terrible application. I figured I would try this place because it’s close to home. sadly I was wrong.

Jojo has been doing my nails for years! Today she out did herself. She always stays up to date with the latest trends. She did a clear catseye French and it came out wonderful. She never fails to impress!! The salon is so nice and all the employees are friendly and they all do a great job! I highly recommend them.

Nancy is amazing! By far one of the greatest techs I’ve ever had a chance to get nails by! Definitely will be coming back! The salon was very clean and everyone was really friendly
