O Nails Spa

I made an appointment for an acrylic fill and did not have a great experience. I am giving two stars for the fact that when i called to let them know I would be late due to unforeseen traffic they were very understanding. However I was told that it was a $5 charge for my nails to be filed even though I was getting the same shape and length as normal, plus the price of the fill (which was already $45). This seemed a bit excessive to me as filing/trimming the fake nail is usually a part of the service anywhere else. My nails were then trimmed very short as you can tell from the photo. The acrylic nails were extremely thick, and the polish was not all the way to the edge of my nail making it look like they had already grown out. There was also polish left on my fingers and when I pointed it out before putting my hand in to cure it, was told it was fine— then he later removed the polish by using clippers on my skin. I was so dissatisfied that I went back and had them fixed. I was told that because the polish I had chosen was so thick, it was “hard to get to the edges”. I ended up choosing another color and during the fix he pointed out several times how my nails weren’t thick, it was the polish. I was satisfied enough with the fixed nails but it required an extra trip back to the salon. Overall I was not happy with my experience and will not be returning.

I came here a few weeks ago for a dip manicure and it was one of the most miserable nail experiences of my life. I asked for a basic dip manicure and the nail tech hurt me so many times when drilling and filing my nails. I left with almost all of my fingers bleeding or cut up. I also asked for a chrome top coat and it looked awful so he took it off but did not get it all. The outlines of my nails still have chrome on them on one hand. I also ended up getting an infection on one of my fingers that is very painful. I definitely do not recommend coming here.

Terrible experience as an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I went here maybe a couple months back. And it was a decent enough experience that I went back. When I went back last weekend first off completely different pricing. They tried to overcharge me because my nails were long and I've gotten them done before. It wasn't nearly as high before. Secondly, they would not do what I asked for I am the customer that is paying. It should be my request honored. I asked for a new set. The gentleman refused to do them. Told me he couldn't do as long as I had them. I said that's not a problem. I can get them shorter. He refused and then he was upset that I wanted to change the shape to stiletto. They were coffin As I said, it would have been much easier to just get a new set. And that's what I wanted. And I was refused and then most important he was going extremely rough because he was frustrated at filing my nails and ended up, injuring me and I pointed that out to him when he was halfway through my nails. He told me to leave that it was too much for him. He shouldn't be in that type of business if he's not willing to do. What's required for the work to make the customer happy I would never go back. I highly recommend with all the local competition. You save yourself the hasel and go elsewhere!!! He left me with nails unfinished. I had to go around trying to find another salon late on a sunday night before they close.!!!

My daughter went here on Monday to get her nails and toe nails done for her senior pictures. She made an appointment and requested a certain person and while that person was there. Someone else did her nails and toenails. They are uneven and she hates them. But besides that, she felt so uncomfortable the whole time with the younger man who did her nails and toenails continuously staring at her and asking her weird questions. She said she just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible and we will never go there again. It is sad a teenager would feel so uncomfortable getting a manicure and you would have an employee that looked at their customer in suggestive ways.

wasnt horrible got a full set i thought the price was pretty fair. However i think the work could have been better the man seemed very distracted and as a result my nails did not get enough coats and are very messy. He also cut my finger

My mom and I had our nails done there a couple weeks ago. I have a physical disability and do no have the use of my hands, but still enjoy getting my nails done. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her. She did not accommodate me at all and kept grabbing my hands. So rude! We will never go here again. Makes me not wanna go to a salon I’m not familiar with again.

Love love love! this nail salon they are always super friendly and hospitable very professional. Helen is normally my technician and it’s always 10 out of 10. Today I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, she did an immaculate job. My nails came out perfectly.

The pedicure was a good experience. I went hoping I could get the design I wanted, the customer service wasn’t the best. The technician didn’t seem to be able to give me the design I wanted and the overall experience was not the best when doing my nails. I’m sure they have amazing technicians but the one that was assigned to me was not a great one.

Very disappointed. 2 pedicures.. awful service, did the opposite of what I requested, and still charged me full price! When I complained she acted like she didn’t understand English and still was rude and almost aggressive!! It’s truly sad when me and my daughter were both excited to be here. All packages way over priced for the services you actually get. Shame. I’ve mever had a worse experience. The moment I mentioned calling ICE to ensure everyone is following proper immigration laws and calling the attorney general office to ensure labor laws are being followed, weird their tone changed!

My daughter got her nails done, they were not what she asked for and when returning to get them fixed, two different employees treated her in a very rude and unprofessional way. Lady at the desk acted like she was crazy for asking to get her nails fixed and was very rude about it. The guy who was going to fix them laughed at her and yelled at her. This was incredibly unprofessional and not acceptable at all. Will never be returning to this salon.

Came in as a walk in and had an older gentleman do my acrylic fill. He nicked my skin several times and didn’t shape the nails the way I asked. They are quite thick and the edges were poorly done.
