Edit ( we went back they were very kind and fixed the hair )........ This was the worst experience ever my daughter's when to go get the hair done They showed the ladies pictures of what they wanted, and at the end it was a complete different look, one of them wanted red highlights and ended up with pink, not to mention. It was only 4 strands of highlight on the top, nothing throughout the hair. The other 1 wanted it short with blue, on the bottom, and she didn't even fix the hair properly. One on paid 265, and the other 1 paid 215. This was ridiculous, never going back.

Today was our first time ever going here. Got registered, scheduled, and took my son and husband in for haircuts. $75 haircut for this gal to take over and inch too far off my husband's sides! He looks ridiculous. Then to get charged $75 for a less than high end salon experience blew my mind! You can clearly see where his hairline was, and is supposed to be.

Megan is amazing!! She listens to everything I’m wanting done and then goes over her plan with me in detail and it always looks so good after. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend a better hair stylist.

Nicole saved not only my hair but my whole fall season!! Two days ago I went to a different salon and got my hair done by my usual lady and she didn't do what I wanted at all. Instead of a coppery red, it came out super dark cherry coke burgundy color with pruple and blue undertones I hated. I was so disappointed and sad. After my old hair lady did not offer to fix it, I quickly scheduled with Toni and Guy and was nervous because I knew it would be quite the job to get that closer to something I actually wanted. I explained my situation to Nicole and she came up with a plan and executed it. I was so pleased with the results and she didn't damage my hair at all (which I was worried about due to my length and how dark and permanent the messed up color was). I will only be seeing Nicole from now on. She got me to the right undertones and even toned and blended my money piece that had also been ruined by the previous salon visit. Give Nicole a try and you will not be disappointed! ❤️ Her prices were also super fair considering everything and she was fast and attentive the whole appointment.

Alecia all the way, girl has a passion for TIGI. You get a true sense that she loves what she does. Stranded here for a few days I was able to get a walk in appointment with help of the friendly front desk ladies. As a hair stylist myself I was super pleased with my cut and blow out. She was professional, careful and listened to my request and she delivered. Checkout was easy peasy and options for gratuity were provided, please tip your stylist!💕. I highly recommend Alecia.

This is singlehandedly the worst haircut I had in my life. I took an appointment online and when I went in the lady at the front desk said "I had to give them my phone number to get a price." I said "well, you can just tell me." She said it would be 75 if she cut my hair (no other option for a SCHEDULED appointment) but 55 if I waited an hour for someone else. I told her I wanted my hair evened out, she supposedly "cut it dry" to make sure of that, right now the front half of my hair is shorter than the back. Not once have I seen her wash her hands throughout this experience. She left some conditioner in my hair that messed with my own curls, then curled my hair with a comb herself halfway, and said I was done when my hair looked worse than the one I came in with. Never again.

The worst hair experience I’ve had in a very long time. I asked for a balayage, and while I knew I wasn’t going to leave exactly like the picture, the stylist Nicole let me leave with little to no depth and contrast. I went back to get it fixed and it was even worse the second time around, she left me brassy and only added pieces in the front instead of going back over the whole head. When you pay over $300 you expect your stylist to communicate efficiently, and to leave with results you can be happy with. Please do your research on your artists here.

I enjoyed my whole experience at this salon from beginning to end. The entire staff is so kind and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. I was truly impressed with the end result of my hair. Audra White gave me the perfect chic classic bob that I've always wanted to get but was too scared to go through with. I've always had long hair so this was a whole new look for me, and I'm in love with it! I recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a haircut and style that's personalized to fit you. I love love love this salon. It's got a minimalistic chic atmosphere, top-of-the-line service, and my favorite hairstylist of all time - Brianna Morales - works there! Brianna has been doing my hair for years. She has a magical hand at hair! We've experimented a lot over the years and I constantly get compliments and asked who does my hair. I no longer live in Lubbock and still make the drive there all the time for her service!

LOVE this place! They are very welcoming and really know their stuff. Sara is nothing short of amazing. I've been going there 5+ years and usually just let her do whatever she wants. I have never been disappointed and always get compliments on my hair.
