My beautician was very nice and friendly. However the back of my hair was not cute the way I had wanted it. She just cut a shorter bob and I would have liked the style I showed her. Love the color

the only thing nice was the building, its beautiful, my experience however just reminded me why I do not like to go to salons but I recieved this gift card for my birthday. so the ladies were kind of nice but not very good listeners, I do not appreciate being checked for lice when I clearly told her I had an extremely dry scalp. And that was enough to ruin my day even though i recognize that its neither of our faults but she had better google what lice looks like. And the haircut was not as good as I wanted but being checked for lice kind of ruins the experience so I did not want to stay. I will not be coming back and I will make sure my family and friends do not either.
