Went in to get my eye brows done. I’m very picky about who touches my eye brows. Susan helped me and did an amazing job. I didnt even need to tell her how I like them shaped she just knew and got the job done. Definitely going back from now on and asking for Susan.

Kate was thorough and did an excellent job on my nails. The cats eye design was perfect. BEAUTIFUL

I was here visiting and was unable to get a pedicure before I left home. I called when they opened and they were able to get me in at 11am. I had a wonderful pedicure with gel polish. I added the 25 minute massage, and it was well worth it!!! Now I am all ready to explore Hilo!

Really nice service. Lily was very kind and helpful, giving my wife and me lots of advice about where we should visit while on the Island. Additionally, my wife’s toes look great! I enjoyed the message and pedi - never had one before.

Jun was incredibly talented, diligent, and nice. But when I walked in, one of the workers (a very thin, older Asian woman with a lot of makeup) actually very obviously looked me up and down with no smile. I was so offended, I almost walked out. I was going to go up to her later and let her know how terribly rude she was, but she was gone when I left. Luckily, Jun was so nice that Im glad I didn’t. I wouldn’t want to offend or embarrass her.

Angel Nails for the WIN! I normally come here for pedicures but this visit was my first with them for an acrylic full set. I had a previous appointment 2 1/2 weeks prior with another nail salon and I wasn’t as satisfied so I decided to make an appointment here, and I am happy I did. My nail tech Susan was gentle with removing my old set and took great care in applying the new. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered! She made sure the set looked natural and suggested a gold accent, which completed the look! I am extremely satisfied and will definitely return for their services! Thank you Angel Nails and thank you Susan!! I highly recommend and suggest to make an appointment because they get busy fast.

Today we Stopped in for not 1 but 2 last minute appointments. Full sets!! we were greeted with welcoming smiles. Our nail techs were amazing. So detail oriented it was perfect. We left there very happy. Definitely be back.

They used a drill on my natural nails for gel and completely damaged them. They are still in pain days later. The manicure itself had a weird shape and the tips were crooked. The nail tech seemed distracted and in a rush. $50 for a manicure I dislike and a whole lot of pain.

June and Cindy were wonderful , very kind and professional. After trying 4 nail spas, and being turned away, Angels Nails welcomed us right in. It was my daughter’s first professional pedicure! Thank you for making her experience so special. 💕
