I chose this place, and stylist specifically based on the reviews listed on this Google business listing. Buyers beware! Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see! I came in here looking to get a Balayage, and walked out with less hair than necessary. My hair felt worse than straw, and when I sent pictures to Chanelle, she even recommended I purchase some salon products at her pricing. I paid over $300, which included tip- And when I got home, nothing helped to sooth my fried hair. Before even laying a finger to my hair, I mentioned not using any blow dryer, due to preference of not wanting heat to my hair. Chanelle recommended that I let her dry some pieces toward the front of my face, to see how the color held. I noticed she went over multiple sections of my hair, with a flat iron, which ultimately resulted in the ends of my hair being completely fried. I am of Polynesian decent , and some of my hair strands alone, are thick, and some are not. Ultimately, my hair has a natural wave and is FULL. The mere heat from the flat iron alone, to my freshly bleached hair, literally fried my ends to where Chanelle then mentioned needing to cut some off the ends, because they were “angry”. I feel robbed. I feel cheated. And I would feel wrong in so many ways, if I didn’t share this awful experience with anyone as gullible as myself, to read and BELIEVE reviews just because they are posted “recently”. Judge for yourself, but it would do you some good not to judge ☝🏼 This book by its cover. P.S.: if you damage someone’s hair, after they paid you a few hundred dollars, how then can you expect them to have faith that you can rectify the situation, for free? . . . Or was not the idea to enhance what was already there; As opposed to creating a disaster that never needed to happen? “No heat” is simply such. After going to another stylist, just to cut off the burnt hair, I ended up with close to shoulder length hair, and only waiting for the next haircut to get the rest of the fried pieces off. - - -Don’t do it! Reconsider!

Chanelle is amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was lucky to be referred to her by a friend when I moved here from CA 6 years ago. She listens to what I want and does phenomenal work! I trust her with my hair 100%! Highly recommend. She even gave my daughter hot pink highlights and they turned out awesome! Calli gave me a great cut and color. So very satisfied. She asked lots of questions about what I wanted. Then reiterated to make sure she was understanding exactly what I was looking for.

We recently moved to AZ and we all know how hard it is to replace your hair stylist. I had a bad experience with the first one I tried. I found this salon online and decided to book with Jenna and give it a try. She not only corrected the bad cut/color I had received, but gave me a GREAT cut and color. I feel so much better! So glad to have found my new stylist! The whole salon is beautiful and super friendly. Thanks for a great experience!!! See you soon :)

I had the brilliant idea to perform a DIY bob on myself! Let's just say that It turned out as expected - HORRIBLE! Chanelle was so generous with her time and schedule, I was able to get in quickly and she performed a miracle! I love my new hair style and she did an amazing job on color! I've seen her now 4 times and still have amazing things to say about the salon! Prices are very reasonable and staff is friendly.

Was referred to Jenna by another stylist I trust. I had to write a review. Jenna has a great personality and did an awesome job on my color, highlights and cut. Thankful to have found my new stylist. We all know how valuable a good stylist is, feel confident in giving Jenna a try. She also did a great haircut for my guy.

I took my hair from very dark brown as I transition blonde and it has been painless! My hair remains soft and with no breakage during the process! The girls feel more like friends every time you go so if you’re looking for a salon try it once and I’m sure you’ll be back!!
