The staff is very nice and my pedicure is great, but the upselling is a bit pushy. Trying to convince me to get a massage over and over again is tiresome. I selected a nail polish color and the nail tech suggested I choose from a different shelf saying the polish was better. I did. What she didn't tell me, and I didn't learn until it was time to pay, was that the shelf she suggested I choose from was ten dollars more. It really turned me off and I won't go back.

What a great nail salon. I’ve got Spa pedicure and Facial here. Excellent service!

Salon is beautiful but the lady who did my manicure wanted me to do what she wanted! She was quite abrupt and lacked the necessary customer skills needed to look after her customer.

The first time I went here was after renovations, so I can’t speak to the old Think Pink, but the new one is excellent. I’ve been to every nail salon within a five block radius and Think Pink is cleaner and better than all of them. Everyone is so nice, it actually feels relaxing and calm in here like an actual spa, my Dazzle Dry manicure was fast but did not feel rushed, and they have a waterless manicure (I prefer it for hygiene reasons), which I have been searching everywhere for. They even gave me a hot water bag to hold in my lap during the manicure because it was so cold outside!

Every pedicure I’ve gotten has looked perfect and lasts for so long. Probably lasts for like 2 months or more before my nails get too long, but never chips or anything. The place is also so large and clean, it’s my go to neighborhood spot

I had a great experience at Think Pink! Amy did my artificial powder nails and she worked meticulously to make sure they looked perfect. Amy was gentle and she worked hard and quickly. Sue gave me a lovely 10-min massage during my manicure - how could I say no? I would definitely go back here, for a gel or artificial manicure, pedicure, or spa service!

This is my regular neighborhood place. After two years of renovations, Think Pink is reopened! It’s clean and friendly. The staff is good and it’s well priced for what it is. They also have very good massage guys. Finally, they’re very kid-friendly, so it’s a good place for a family nail day.

Not a great experience - no masks, many misses, no gloves. Overpriced.

The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. A little on the pricier end ($70 for a spa pedicure with 10 minute foot massage, $35 for gel manicure), but a good experience overall.
