Phantastic Nails & Spa

I’m a big review reader before trying new places especially when it comes to nail care. This was my first visit and now my new place to go to get my nails done! For never being there, everyone I spoke with was amazing. They were funny, talkative, and just a good/fun vibe. Biggest thing for me was I didn’t feel rushed, LITERALLY everyone made sure I liked everything every step of the way, & I enjoyed the fact that everyone talked to me like I had been coming there the whole time. Came w/a friend & we will be back!

Overall I definitely think this place is worth it and I would recommend. Pros: super friendly, make sure they ask after every single thing they do that you like it, good quality, etc. Cons: pricing is a little odd, felt rushed (but I think it was partially on me) When I went everyone was friendly and got me back right away (i had an appointment). I got the lavender pedicure and I thought it was nice and good value. The girl doing them was funny and nice and I loved her vibe. This is where I felt a bit rushed. The person who was doing my nails asked to start them while I was getting a pedicure. I felt that was a little odd but said yes. She put the tips on and then cut them which I thought was going to be it. But then she kept going and put the acrylic on and started buffing... I just felt like I couldn't really enjoy my pedicure but also think it was on me for not saying no I'd like to relax. I definitely will say it next time but I just wanted to say it because I did think it was odd. The pricing was a little odd. She said $15 extra for gel polish but then when I said regular it was $10 less. She said it's a $5 upcharge for polish in general. I asked and she confirmed multiple times that a full set does NOT come with ANY polish (regular or gel). I just thought that was super bizarre and I've never heard of that before. I don't know anyone who'd get a full set with absolutely no polish so I wish they'd have just had that on the pricing. The other upcharges for the french tip, design, and shape are pretty standard. The person who did my nails was very nice. She worked with me to get exactly what i wanted. The only other odd comment was I noticed one of the nails was crooked and said something and she said "my eyesight is good. Yours is seeing its crooked" which felt a little off but she did end up fixing it without a bunch of back and forth. The comment just took me off guard but again overall she was very nice and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. The quality of the nails feels good and sturdy. I will go back and would recommend to others. Nails were $76 and lavender pedicure is $46

I love it here! Mrs. V does my nails and is great! She can make gel acrylic look like your natural nails. She understands the shapes and gets them perfect every single time! I enjoy talking to them and they feel like family. When I call, they know my number and name and address me immediately. It feels like a small town nail shop because they’re so personable, but their work is awesome. I highly recommend them!!

After going to 20+ salons, this is the best nail salon i’ve been to in Raleigh/Cary area!!!! They are so meticulous with your cleaning, shaping, painting your nails because they care so much about it being absolutely perfect. Both my friend and I got dip powder and it’s the best i’ve ever gotten. Thao is such a pro plus she’s super funny which makes time fly by. The whole fam there is super nice!!!

My favorite nail salon in the Triangle! I typically make an appointment with Thao for dip on my natural nails. She is creative, fun, and easy to talk to. She consistently checks in throughout the appointment to ensure I like my nails and am having a good experience. Her nail shape work is impeccable. While I usually get solid colors that I love, I’ve seen how INCREDIBLE the nail designs Thao create are. I never feel rushed and she takes her time to do quality work she is proud of. The salon is clean, comfortable, and family owned. All the staff are kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Phantastic Nails & Spa!

Unfortunately, I have been searching for the right nail tech in my area for over a year with no luck. I had a stressful day at work and decided to see what nail salons were closer to my job. I found this place and set up an appointment. The environment was professional and relaxed. Before starting services, the tech told me the prices and reviewed what I wanted. She shaped my nails the way I like after many others failed to do it correctly 🙌 Pricing was also reasonable. I am very grateful I found this establishment. I will be scheduling here again!!

I just recently started going here a little over a few months ago and this place definitely surpassed my expectations. I don’t think I ever been this happy with my nails before I started going there. One of the key things I look for in a nail salon is customer service and they are wonderful. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. 😊

I absolutely love getting my nails done here! Thao and Vivian always take great care of me, are fun and friendly, and make sure I am always happy with my nails. They fixed another salons bad work on my first trip here and now I'm a regular. They do a wonderful job on getting just the length and shape I'm looking for and my usually alternative or edgy styles never phase them. Highly recommend!

These nails will definitely take some getting used to! …considering, I haven’t had my nails done in quite a long while! I absolutely love them! This salon exceeded all expectations and got me in, same day! Thank you! I will definitely be back!
