Caracalla Spa

I was blown away today by the most fantastic massage of my life! Francis, the massage therapist, is truly a gifted genius at what she does! I have neck pain that goes into my shoulders quite often, and she really worked at easing my issues. I can't wait to go back!

I made an appointment with Emilye and she delivered wonderfully. I showed her photos of what I was thinking for my new hair style and she made it a reality. She's fun to talk to and she does a really great job. I'll definitely be a loyal repeat client for her from here on out. Everyone at the salon seemed nice and the salon was clean and visually appealing. It's worth the trip folks!

My sweet sister got me a gift certificate for a massage for Mother’s Day. Bless the front desk woman who set me up with Peggy. Peggy did an amazing job with my massage! She also offered to focus specifically on the areas that were bothering me instead of just doing my entire body. I would not have even thought to ask that. She asked me to tell her if I wanted more or less pressure. I always feel awkward saying that in the middle of a massage. She took the pressure off. Not only did I feel better immediately afterward, but I feel better the next morning too. I don’t think I realized how much my back hurt. I’ll be “back” to see Peggy again soon! - a grateful, sleep deprived, single mom

Mitch is the bomb. Funny, attentive, professional and most of all, talented. I have had the worst luck connecting with a stylist in Little Rock and Mitch immediately put me at ease. Very pleasant environment, low-key, and convenient in the Heights.

Adorable, simple, great services. My sister and I received the body polish treatment, and then manicures by Audrey. The body polish was delightful with light-medium massage work. The technicians were professional and friendly. The rooms were OK, could use a little TLC, but they were warm and inviting with relaxing spa music. I liked how my service provider observed that I was there to relax and only talked if I engaged - I SO appreciate this with spa services! Both women were very sweet and accommodating. Audrey gave us manicures and was sweet as pie, and very detailed. She was a treat to be around, a special person indeed. Our nails looked fabulous. The spa encountered a hiccup in scheduling but really made up for it in their services and pleasantries and we left with a lovely gift bag as their apologies. It was very much appreciated. Thank you Caracalla. I'll be back when I'm in town, and my local sister has found her go to spa!

Beautiful inside; the manager was nice, but the stylist was so rough and ripped my hair out of my head while styling. When I asked her to brush more gently, she just said “your hair tangles easily”. Not going back because I’ve never experienced this elsewhere.

I went in for a massage last minute for some severe neck and shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a couple weeks. Peggy zeroed in on where my pain was and knocked it right out. I haven’t felt this good in months.

I had a hot stone massage from Peggy and it was literally the best massage and experience I've ever had. She focused on the areas I told her were bothering me and she was kind, courteous and professional from the minute I walked in until I walked out.
