I loved the experience. I had Ryan has my nail tech and the way he took his time and made sure my nails were clean and shaped exactly the same. I honestly have always had bad experiences because people rush through my nails , but he really was awesome and I will definitely be back. Brittany did my pedicure and she was gentle so kind and my pedicure looks good for it to be regular nail polish 🤍 so happy with everything
I paid $212 not just for a pedicure and manicure, but for a pedicure and a “GX nail service” — something the employee highly recommended as the best option for my nails. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. My nails were badly damaged, and I had to come back the next day just to have everything removed. The pedicure was fine, but the nail service was a mess. The technician clearly had no understanding of what was right for my nails and pushed a service that simply didn’t work. I wasted two days of my time, left frustrated, and still didn’t receive what I paid for. I explained everything to the owner, who refunded only $100 — and refused to return the tip I gave, even though the service was completely unsatisfactory. They called the tip a “gift,” which is absurd when I never received proper service in the first place. I truly don’t understand how any professional can let a customer walk out with damaged nails and still charge full price. The lack of responsibility and proper management is shocking. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their clients.
I went to Nail Bar The Colony for the first time and was so impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff was warm and welcoming, and Helen did an amazing job on my acrylic gel refill. The shape, length, and finish were exactly what I wanted, and she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy. My nails look beautiful — natural, polished, and perfect. I’ll definitely be back and booking with Helen again!
I’d like to begin by saying that I’ve been a regular at The Nail Bar for some time now and have always enjoyed my visits—from the atmosphere to the quality of service. Unfortunately, today’s experience was quite disappointing. I came in for a classic pedicure with two acrylic big toes. While the technician who serviced me was friendly during the initial interaction, the quality of service quickly declined. When I asked for the water to be hotter, I was told “no,” which felt dismissive and set the tone for the rest of the appointment. I also clearly requested that my toenails be filed in a square shape with sharp corners. The technician repeated this back to me, so I assumed it was understood. However, upon checking the progress, I noticed one nail was longer than the other, crooked, and the corners had been rounded—completely opposite of what I had asked for. I calmly expressed my concerns, but rather than correcting the issues, the technician simply nodded and continued without making any changes. Might I not forget to add no cuticles were cut or nail trimmed which is also a red flag IMO. While I appreciate that the service was discounted, I pay for quality and attention to detail, not a reduced rate. I’ve never had issues before, and the only difference today was being assigned a different technician. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that future visits—both mine and others’—can reflect the high standard The Nail Bar is known for which is trained, talented technicians.
I've used this nail salon multiple times. Customer service has been pleasant. I left my shoes and socks after getting a manicure and pedicure on July 25, 2025. The receptionist, Ceecee (I believe her name is), called to inform me that I had left my shoes and socks. I returned to the store on July 29th to pick up my sneakers. Alex told me he didn't know where they were. Alex mentioned that the cleaning crew must have stored them elsewhere. I left my phone number with Alex so he could call me once he found my sneakers. Alex didn't call for several days. When I called the nail salon, Alex was too busy to speak with me on the phone. How long does it take to find a pair of tennis shoes and socks? Some kind of follow-up would be nice to a customer who has spent money in your establishment for years. Correction, I returned on the 3rd day. When I received the call, you said you'd hold onto them. I trusted that. But now you're telling me they were thrown away? That's completely unacceptable. When I was at the shop you didn't say they were thrown away. If you weren't going to keep them like you said, I should've at least been told - those were my personal belongings. This feels careless and disrespectful.
First time here and it was amazing!!! My girlfriend got her nails and we had perfect service!!! Will definitely be back for sure. Super professional. The atmosphere and professionalism is unbeatable **update** Alec was amazing!!! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The drinks were delicious, and the service was top-notch, as always. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of my nails—they’re always on point! I’ll definitely keep spreading the love with positive reviews and comments. This place truly deserves all the praise. Highly recommend **update and will continue to update... great service as always. this was my first time getting my nails done in 5 years due to my anxiety. they made everything so easy and effortless. i wish i could remember my techs name but she was very attentive. she realized things i didn’t about my inspiration picture. she was very sweet and charismatic. every staff was extremely welcoming!

Alec and his team were wonderful! They took their time and we never felt rushed. The massages that come with the service were long and relaxing. The price for the service is unbeatable. We’re definitely coming back.
UPDATED REVIEW: Omg I freakin LOVE this place! They do an amazing job and I probably won't ever go anywhere else. HOWEVER, you need to be extremely specific with what you want and how much it cost. Almost every time I go there is some sort of additional charge on there. Just doesn't feel good to be caught off guard and feel like they are just trying to get money from you.... Feeling really sad after todays appointment OLD REVIEW: I’ve been coming here for a while and always leave loving my nails! The quality of work is great, and the team is super talented—especially with designs. Miranda and Alec are AMAZING- they’re so detailed and really take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. I recently had a small misunderstanding with pricing, but they responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled it professionally, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their customers and the experience. I HIGHLY recommend them and will continue coming back!
