Sadly, I didn’t take pictures, but you can see from the ones in the reviews that this salon is beautiful! Everything was well thought out. All of the technicians were so nice and helpful. Very friendly staff. Great ambiance. So amazing! I will make a special stop here when I visit Vegas!

I came here for the first time, right before Valentine’s Day. My nails were terrible from the previous nail tech at Top Nail. Anyways I came to Once Upon and got Alexis, I showed the picture of the nails I wanted and he completely took care of me. Gave me the cutest flower nails that looked exactly like the inspo photo. Also great customer service, always checking in on me. I then came back to Once Upon this past Thursday, after I had another terrible experience with another nail tech someplace else. This time I got helped by Lei instead of Alexis because he was off. Lei was sweet, patient, and also made sure I felt comfortable and happy with my end results. I asked if she could replicate the photo I had and she said yes. These two are very honest and will tell the truth about whether they can replicate nails or not, which is incredibly appreciated because other places will lie just to get money from you. Needless to say, I think I finally found my new place and my new nail techs. Thank you Alexis and Lei, you both are amazing and I recommend everyone to come to Once Upon and book with the two of you. 💗💗💗💗💗

What a guilty pleasure. Feel your inner child dreams of being a pampered princess in this delightfully designed salon. peaceful meditation vibe as sip your Mimosa whilst lounging in your throne that doubles as a deep tissue massage and having your feet massaged and pampered to perfection. Also had a full set and gel polish which turned out exactly the way I hoped. I had Maria as my technician and she was very cool and very good at her chosen profession. I will ask for her in the future. It's not cheap. This is a great gift for your mom, sister, or wife or girlfriend. The extra cost is due to sitting by a lake in the middle of the desert and really getting a vacation feel that you don't, can't get anywhere else like it in the middle of the desert. In other words, It's as much an experience as it is grooming. Really enjoyed my gift that my husband gave to me! Enjoy!

Took my daughter (8) here for a special occasion. She got a pedicure. The place is adorable/beautiful/super cute. My daughter liked the pedicure a lot. I was generally pleased. The only suggestion is to have little flowers or designs that young girls could choose to make it extra special and kid friendly. If they do offer designs, none were offered to her.

I had my nails done by Mimi, we did a full set of acrylic and she did an amazing job! Such a sweet and funny girl with a sparkling personality. She is a great talent. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done by Mimi you won’t be dissapointed ! ;)

What an incredible salon and experience! We are currently on a family trip, and the ladies all wanted to get pedicures. Booking our appointments online was easy, and we had the ability to book multiple appointments at the same time. The salon is different from any other I have been to. It has a fairytale/fantasy/whimsical atmosphere. We were presented with glasses of purple and sparkly (not to be confused with sparkling) water from the owner. They also received their liquor license while we were in the salon, and we were offered glasses of champagne. Disney piano music gently played in the background. The chairs are oversized, comfortable and have a great massage feature. But all of that means nothing if the technicians aren’t any good. All of our techs were super friendly! My technician was wonderful! I prefer a very short nail, and she made sure I was happy with the length before she proceeded. My sister-in-law informed her technician about her sensitive and ticklish feet, and the tech was so careful and gentle. One thing I appreciated was that the scrubs, masks and lotions were all individually packaged. I noticed some of the other treatment products were high end, too. We were all very happy with our pedicures. I wish I lived nearby so I could be a regular customer. If you are in the area I highly recommend getting your pedicure here!

I really hate to write a bad review as my husband was very much looking forward to taking me here. This salon is located in Lake Las Vegas at the village. He purchased 2 mani/pedis for both of us. I’m giving this establishment one star for the salon itself as it’s absolutely enchanting, it’s like walking into a fairy tale nail salon as advertised. It’s super clean and the place smells amazing! Im giving another star to the technicians and receptionist as they were welcoming and sweet. However, it’s like you when you go to a fancy restaurant it’s super bougie but the food quality isn’t there. First, they lack gel or regular nail polish colors which is understandable considering they do not get the kind of volume they would get at a high traffic salon. I would at least expect top notch quality for the polishes they do have. Britney did a good job with the sugar scrub, the mask and 10 min massage. However, as far as applying the polish this is when the “salon experience” took a nose dive. She used regular polish but then used a gel top coat on some of my toes. She then went on to say she’s not going to charge me extra for the too coat! I certainly hope I wouldn’t get charge for a product or service I didn’t order. She was concerned that it would not dry properly as you are not suppose to mix regular polish with a gel top coat. So she did some of my toes in gel and the 2 big toes in regular polish. By this time 90 minutes have passed and I still have not gotten my manicure. My husband was almost finished with his. The way this was going I changed my mind about getting a manicure. I didn’t trust that she would do a good job on a manicure and the toe polish was not drying properly . Thankfully I skipped the manicure. It was already 1:10 pm and our appointment was at 11:30 and my toes were still wet! Britney and the receptionist did assure me that if I had any issues with the polish not drying properly that they would fix it. What I cannot comprehend is why she did not fix it and redo the polish while i was already there. She knew she mixed up the regular polish and the gel together. I do not have time to come back park my car and walk the unavoidable scenic route to get to this salon to get 2 of my toes redone. I had already spent well over 90 minutes for a pedicure. I certainly was not coming back to waste more of my time. For $65 I expect the polish to be flawless. I was more stressed than anything as my toes look disheveled after spending time and money. The other issue I have is that they made my husband pay separately for both of our services as their technicians are on commission. How is that the customer’s responsibility? That is the responsibility of the owner. We have the right to pay one transaction for both services. It would have been fine but here’s the kicker they charged a service fee for each credit card transaction. My pedicure was $65 plus gratuity and a transaction fee of $2.60 which was over $77 for an ugly pedicure! My husband’s manicure and pedicure no polish was $114.40 plus another $22.88 in tips for a grand total of $137.28 thats just a mani & pedi. If you were to bring a bridal party of 10 they would charge 10 different transactions on your card. That’s ludicrous. We certainly don’t carry cash…it’s 2023. We use a card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp& PayPal. For this price point I rather go to the Wynn salon or honestly any other nail salon would have given me a proper polish. Perhaps the polish is outdated or she mixed gel and regular polish which didn’t cure the polish properly. See photos for yourself as how the 2 nails did not dry properly. I’m very disappointed as we really wanted to love this place as it is closer to home. I’ll continue to make my 45 minute drive to my regular salon. I’m not advising anyone not to come here as everyone will have a different experience. I just had a bad one. I came here to get pampered and get a good pedicure and manicure instead I left feeling uneasy, stressed and 2 ugly polished toes.

This place is absolutely adorable 💜 Service was wonderful, theme is on point even to the smallest detail, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. This is a must do if you are visiting Lake Las Vegas!

This place is absolutely amazing! The ultimate pampering experience! The staff was SO friendly and fun! The ambience is so relaxing! I love the fairytale princess theme and the service was excellent!! I got a queen pedicure and I felt like royalty! Highly recommend and if I’m ever in Lake Las Vegas again, I’m coming back asap!
