The Loft Hair Studio

I am new to the area, and luckily found Amy through Google. We talked about her business model and how she wants to provide her customers an experience, and I’ve gotta say, I have NEVER had a stylist be invested in me like she was. She asked about my routine, how I maintain my hair, and actually heard me. She gave me a style that I can actually replicate, that works with my day to day, and doesn’t go beyond my budget. You can tell she legitimately cares about her customers (and of course her craft). I will DEFINITELY be back - thanks, Amy!!

Had the best experience at The Loft Hair Studio thanks to my stylist Chandell. She listened to what I wanted, what I didn’t want, explained what would work/wouldn’t work with my hair type and I left with an incredible cut. On top of the incredible cut, I had a scalp massage, steam while my conditioner sat, and an amazing hand massage. I’m sure I’ll want to go shorter soon, and I’ll definitely be back.

Amy was the most amazingly knowledgeable and helpful curly hair stylist. I have very Irish curls and honestly I had put them through a lot. I don't know what I was expecting, but perfection was not it. BUT that is what she delivered, absolute perfection. I barely have time to style my hair in the morning and the cut this woman gave me makes it possible for me to do the minimum amount of work and have the prettiest curls every day!

WHAT A GEM!! I stumbled upon The Loft Hair Studio when I was in town visiting family and needed a haircut. Amy was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and I’m so glad she did! The experience at Loft was unlike any haircut I’d ever had before. I was pampered with a luxurious wash, which included a scalp steaming experience and hand massage. Haircut was exactly what I asked for and a great blowout left my hair feeling so refreshed and healthy. I live 1.5 hours away from Concord but will absolutely be coming back to The Loft when I am in town. A truly exceptional salon!

I contacted Amy when searching to replace my recently retired hairdresser. I’m more wavy than curly, but looking for someone that would be knowledgeable since the curl is increasing! Amy asked key questions about my hair prior to scheduling my initial appointment to ensure we set up the most appropriate services, and I’m thrilled with the cut and the overall service I received! Amy was such a sweet person and did wonders on my curly hair. The customer service was impeccable- she gave me instructions and tips on how to make my hair look this good everyday. She also gave several product recommendations that I have tried and work great. Overall great experience- would definitely recommend.

Amy is the best! I had been searching for a stylist who had her own studio and was not part of a group. She provides the best relaxing experience with many nice touches of pampering. Amy can be chatty if you want, or quiet if you prefer. She created just the cut style that I requested and gave me so much information about hair care that caused me to change some of my routines for a better result. Amy offers treatments for hair care to repair years of neglect and use of poor products. It's a 35-mile trip for me to see her, but well worth the drive.

Amy did a fantastic job with my hair which is no surprise considering her attention to detail. I met with her ahead of time to map out a plan for a color correction, and when I arrived for my appointment she was professional and patient as she explained again all the steps of going from my too-dark colored hair to something that looks more natural. It was a long process over many hours, capped off with a haircut/style, but I'm really happy with the results. I'd never been to this salon before, but I'm so glad I made the leap. It's easy to just stay unhappy with what you have, but I decided that I couldn't clearly describe what I was looking for and needed a new perspective. Amy fit the bill. My hair looks and feels great. It was definitely worth the time, and it was money well spent! (I loved the warm towels and appreciated the hair-washing station that actually supported my head.) Thanks Amy!
