I visited Salon62 for the first time today and very impressed! Michaela did a fabulous job on my hair. She listened to me and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Michaela is a friendly and experienced professional, and I highly recommend her.

Very rude and terrible customer service!!!! Melissa at the reception has absolutely no flexibility or empathy to the customer!! Do not recommend it at all!! I didn’t want to provide more details, but reading the owner’s reply, I see where the cultural comes from. I’ve never leave any bad reviews, but this time looks like I have to!! I am a loyal and respectful customer for 5 years and recommended at least 5 customers to them. I have been coming every two month, never late, always on time. This time, knowing I will be late as I moved to a new city, so I called 1.5 hours ago to tell them I will be late, also called them on the way to keep them updated. Catlin told me on the phone to be there at 1:45, and I got there at 1:46 and I also asked if anyone else can accommodate me if Catlin can’t stay 10 minutes after I drove over for 45 minutes. The staff didn’t try anything, didn’t give any flexibility and Melissa falsely blaming me that I have kept the stylist stay late, which is completely not true and she suppose to do my hair until 2pm. The experience is extremely disappointing with zero flexibility, customer care and very arrogant attitude. They make your feel totally worthless!!! You have to be a perfect customer for them, otherwise, this is what you will get from them no matter how loyal you are!! There are many hair style places around, go somewhere else to get the treatment you deserve!!

Was able to walk right in and get my haircut immediately. My hair stylist was Kristin and she did an excellent job; attention to detail was very apparent and was really happy with how my haircut turned out. Will definitely be back again

Melissa is an excellent hair stylist. I have been going here for 16 years and have always been satisfied. Great customer service.

Kristin was awesome! She was so friendly. And she did an excellent job cutting my hair! She literally saved my hair style. The barber I went to before took way too much off the sides and not enough off the top. Kristin was able to add layers, take more off the top and less of the sides, and blend all the hair together for a great new look. Very happy with my haircut and will definitely go back when I’m in the area!

So happy with my experience, and haircut! I met with Kristen who listened to my wants for my hair, she was nice and so easy to talk to! I have wavy hair and hadn’t got a haircut in so long. She did layers and kept it long unlike other salons I’ve been to that cut way too much. I LOVE my hair, I wear it natural now every day as my waves are THRIVINGGG. Lucky to have this salon just down the street, I believe I’ve finally found my go to hair dresser. Thank you !

Salina was outstanding. Haircut was great. She was very nice and efficient.

I just moved to the area and needed to get my hair fixed before I started my new job. It had been poorly bleached so I had orange 90s chunky highlights (what the previous stylist thought was balayage), a cut that was like a weird mushroom, it was so bad. I scheduled with Salina based on her positive reviews. She listened to my complaints and what I wanted with patience, made sure we were on the exact same page with every step, and I ended up with one of the best colors and cuts I’ve ever had. They have really reasonable pricing as well and the salon is nice, comfortable, and convenient to get to/park. I’m probably gonna regret this review when it comes time for me to schedule again 😂 but I had to share this amazing experience.

I don’t want to leave bad reviews for stylists, however my stylist seemed nervous and couldn’t find my middle part to begin with (she was going to trim my bangs). She didn’t shampoo my hair, just sprayed it with water and cut my dirty tangled hair fighting it with a comb. My haircut itself is actually not bad, but I am pretty disappointed with my experience.

I had the best experience here. Such a fun kind staff. Kristen really listened to what I wanted and new how to do it. She did an amazing job with my hair and was super fun to chat with. The owner is also fun to talk to professional and very kind :) 5 ⭐️’s will be back!
