I came to the salon today with no appointment. I walk in with myself and my friend. We were both getting pedicures and myself a gel fill and her an acrylic fill. I sat down first for my finger nails and if you are someone who liked long stiletto nails then don’t come here. I had to tell the woman more than three times that I wanted my nails, pointy and long like they already were and every single time I said that she shortened them and made them less pointed. I showed her a photo of stiletto nails. I described them to her, and she still was not understanding me. I arrived with stiletto nails already on my hands. She did my fill, however it didn’t even reach my cuticles. As I saw her shaping my nails, I could not take it anymore and I had to have her stop midway through. I have never seen my nails look so ugly before. I explained to her multiple times that I wanted my nails stiletto. I showed her the exact photo, including the design of what I wanted, and she was refusing to give it to me. she continued to say they were too sharp and would catch on things as if they were on her hands and would bother her on my fingers. I purposefully want my nails sharp they do not bother me and that is why I ask for stiletto. The shape she gave me it looks like a lava lamp bubbling. I cannot explain it any better. when she put on the nude pink polish so that she could add the design I had to stop her. I was not going to spend an extra $25 on top of the $55 that I paid for this monstrosity. my normal nail salon cost $120 including tip for a gel fill with design and a pedicure. The price was not my issue though. My issue was the physical quality of what I received, and it wasn’t even done… when I saw her filing, I thought OK she’s gonna continue making it how I asked, but she literally refused and then tried to offer me a massage for an extra $12 after I hated my nails. I did not end up getting my pedicure because I was so upset. I could not even stay in the salon for another moment. My friend ended up getting her pedicure, which was lovely however she did not get her acrylic nails after seeing the results of mine.

these wonderful ladies were able to squeeze me in before close and I'm so happy about that! it was my first time here and I was very impressed. the salon smelled great, was clean, and the atmosphere gave high class. I got a UV fill and while I was waiting for my nails to cure, I also received a shoulder massage. prices were affordable and reasonable. absolutely will be recommending to my friends!

Get a Pedicure, manicure even a back massage..love it there ..everyone is very nice and im taken care of everytime I go.

I LOVE Golden Nail & Spa! If you are looking for a great experience where you are treated like a queen go here. Debbie is so incredibly patient and detail oriented. She really makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your service. The massages are an absolute plus while you are sitting there. It’s the simple things really…I also had a pedicure and my toes were definitely dry by the time I left but to make sure they didn’t get ruined she wrapped them in plastic wrap because I was wearing ballet flats. This is my go to and they are just phenomenal!

I made a 3:00 appointment and waited for about 10 minutes another client walks in and says I have a 3:00 appointment and they take her. I walked out. Very rude people working there.

Absolutely terrible customer service, or lack thereof! They were running late for my scheduled pedicure appointment, no interaction/conversation during my pedicure. When her next appointment came in, I was left at the drying station for at least 20 min. My nail polish smudged as I was taking the roller “paper towel” they use to separate your toes. Nobody ever came over to check on me at all so see if my toes were dry & ready to go. Once I decided to leave, I waited again for a few minutes before they noticed I was at the register to pay. I have been there several times before & not the friendliest service but this was the worst ever!! I will not be going back.

My usual nail tech's (different salon) schedule was full and I had a very chipped gel manicure that was making me crazy so I made an appointment to have my gel polish removed and a regular manicure. The lady who was working on me barely filed and soaked the gel polish and then used an abrasive emory wheel. I could clearly see the gel basecoat had not been fully removed and there was still some colored polish on some of the edges. I pointed out that there was still gel polish on my nails and she said "I know" and I thought my mistake, she must not be done... Except she was, and she went about sloppily cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails and started applying my polish over the patchy gel. It looked bumpy and awful as one would expect so I finally told her she could stop and to please take the polish she had applied off because there was still gel on my nails and I would just take care of getting the rest of at home. She offered to file my nails more with the e-file, but I didn't really trust her to do that based on the lack of skill and attention to detail she had already demonstrated. I said again that I would just take care of it myself if she would just remove the regular polish she had applied (I didn't want to let her keep going and end up having to remove 4 layers of regular polish before I could soak off the remaining gel polish at home) She then did a very poor job of removing the regular polish she had applied and left me with regular polish still on my nails in places. And then charged me $18. I've always considered this salon one of the safer places to go in the area, but I won't be back. I never write reviews, let alone negative ones, but I really couldn't believe how much the quality of the service here has dropped off.

I have been coming here for at least 5 years! They are the kindest people. They gave my daughter a cute birthday gift at her appointment and always make us feel welcome. Very clean salon and great gel manicures. Thank you Lily and Kevin for continuing your business in our town!!

I went in for a gel manicure with pretty decent nail length, usually it’s really hard for me to grow them out. They were completely cut off and too short even after I asked her to keep them longer, and then my eyebrows were completely botched.
