I went and got my eyebrows waxed and they were on fire by the time I left and had made that clear. I woke up this morning and they were scabbed and still burning. I went back and had asked for a refund. She told me she “cleansed it and uses sensitive wax” proceeded to tell me my moisturizer is the reason why my skin got torn off. If she “cleansed it” then my moisturizer shouldn’t have been on my eyebrows. On top of that I don’t put moisturizer under my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed for 6 years and not once has this happened to me. She can blame me all she wants but at the end of the day she is the reason why I’m walking around looking scabbed up. She indeed did NOT give me the refund. Told me to put neosporin on it and concealer to cover it up when it’s healed enough. She’s holding onto that $18 real bad.

I have been going to Ambiance Salon since I moved here. She is an A-1 beautician.i grew my hair from a Pixie hairstyle to half way down my back. If I didn’t have Krista at Ambiance Salon my hair would be in bad shape but it is healthy and growing very long. Ambiance Salon is definitely worthy of 5 stars.

Krista is very knowledgeable in her trade. I have long thick hair that I had dyed to dark for my skin tone. I have had a couple of appointments with her and she knows exactly how to get my hair to the level it needs to go. She is prompt and the quality of her work is outstanding! I would recommend her services to anyone. My mom recently started driving here also (an hour long commute for both of us) and it's well worth it! Her place is right down town on main street DL and is very clean and full of local products.

We had Krista styling hair this weekend for our wedding party. Five young ladies and the mother of the bride. She worked with a variety of hair, fine hair, thick coarse hair, and extensions, and styled everyone beautifully! Everyone looked as fabulous at the end of the day as they did at the beginning, as everything held up really well. We had so many compliments on all the hair, and I just can't thank Krista enough for being willing to take us on, as most salons in the area were not doing wedding hair due to the rudeness of people in today's culture. Thank you, Krista, for taking a chance on our group, I hope you know how much you were appreciated!!

We did a pin-up themed wedding in DL that all had to be planned from where we live 6 hours away. Krista was so great at early communication to come up with a plan for the wedding day, since I wouldn't be able to come in for a trial styling beforehand. It ended up being a joint effort to create the final result and my hair turned out beautifully! Thank you so much for your help in making our day so incredibly perfect!!

Krista's attention to detail and dedication to providing quality services is great. Easy to find and convenient location in a gorgeous salon. I've gotten many compliments on my hair color and I can't wait to bring my daughter in a for a pedicure next!

I had a pedicure and manicure today with the owner, Krista. I just love going to her salon. It is always clean, smells nice and very inviting. I always end up shopping there as well with all the different products she carries while supporting local.

Absolute worst experience. Krista seemed super inconvenienced to have my wedding party in her salon, or maybe that is just her personality (or lack there of). She was incredibly rude and complained about my hair not looking right because it didn't have layers...the hair style I wanted was one that I've had done multiple times in the past, and my hair has always been the same (long or no layers). The hair style she gave me couldn't have been more different than what I asked for. My bridesmaid had the same problem. I understand fully that my hair will never match the picture 100 %, but at least get it close...i originally scheduled for 7 but one made other plans last minute, which is fine. She made my aunt get her hair done because we were short people. My aunt didn't want her hair done but Krista complained that she wouldn't have called someone in to help if she would have known...krista was still not done with my bridesmaids until 1230...thankfully she had help...of which didn't even work there. The other lady did amazing work and was so easy to talk to. She was super sweet and a breath of fresh air compared to Krista. My bridesmaid had to fix my hair...i should have had her do it originally and save myself $65. Not a way you want to start off the day of your wedding. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone.

Krista was so amazing, she helped me gain back my confidence with some new color and she is just the sweetest person highly recommend. Couldn't have asked for anybody better to do my hair I definitely will be coming back!

These 5 stars go directly to Heidi. What a SWEET person! I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Heidi is so friendly and genuinely cares about how you feel during and after her services. Her facial was amazing and I swear my feet transformed after my pedicure. I was more than impressed! I feel blessed to have gotten to know Heidi as a person and I will definitely be going back to her.
