Pro Nails

This was my first time visiting this salon. I got a full set manicure and a pedicure. The staff were very kind, but unfortunately I’m really disappointed with the quality of the work. I had my nails done on 8/16/25, and by 8/20/25 four of the acrylic nails had already fallen off. I normally don’t write reviews, but I’m genuinely frustrated. When you spend over $100 (nails & toes) you expect the results to last much longer. Now I have to take extra time out of an already packed week to go elsewhere to get them fixed. It’s really discouraging to have this experience so soon after the service. Reading some of the other google reviews looks like this isn’t the first time….. If I wanted nails to fall off 4 days later , I would have paid for Walgreens press ons. FYI I do not use my hands much.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! So professional and do an amazing job every time I come! T perfects my nails and I always leave with a smile. 100% would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!

Very professional, pedicure went great. Had to get a full set to begin growing my nails out again. I chose dip color, very pretty color. I let her know they were too long yet I still had to file them down myself. I've lost 4 on one hand in less than a week! I've never had this happen!

Went with my sister and step sister, and between the three of us, my nails turned out the best. The actual nails look nothing like the swatch, and the lady was very rough. I have several cuts near my cuticles, and at one point while repositioning my hand, she bounced it off the plastic divider. My thumb nails are also way longer than the rest of my nails. Overall, very disappointing.

The owner did an amazing job. He was very nice. He wanted to make sure I was happy. He did exactly what I was wanting. I 100% recommend this salon!

I will definitely be going back to Pro Nails :) They were extremely kind and professional. I accidentally told the gentleman who helped me the wrong color, and was too shy to tell him I didn’t like what I picked.(despite him asking multiple times if I liked them, not at all his fault) I returned the next day to change the color and he was extremely kind about it! He didn’t even charge me to switch colors when I came back in. He did fantastic both times, and made me feel very welcomed! My mom got a pedicure on our first visit and was very pleased with hers as well.I definitely recommend stopping by Pro nails!

I love Pro Nails, they do such a great job! My feet are always so soft when I leave 10/10 recommend. They also did my nails for my engagement in 2020 and they were amazing! 💖

Came in last Tuesday to get nails done with my cousin and friend thought everything was great until this weekend my nails started popping off. In less then a week I have 4 left on. I've never had nails come off so easy and fast. This is not my normal nail salon and I won't be going back.

Came in to get a full set before St. Patrick's Day, the gentleman who did my nails was so so polite and attentive. Repeatedly told me if anything was wrong I didn't like anything. He'd redo them just wanted me happy. The conversation in banter was very light and welcoming. My nails came out gorgeous. I actually have been here many times before but not in the past few years as I moved and moved again so now it was in my line of activities. Will definitely be coming back. Also grateful that they have designated parking as it is a very busy strip and hope others respect businesses by parking in the correct designation so other businesses can thrive.

I love going to get my nails done at this shop! My experience was amazing! Employees are very nice amd cater to your needs! They offer free massages with your manicure or pedicure! They also offer snacks and beverages while you are there. This is an all around great place to go and their prices are cheep compared to most places! The reason why I did not give them five stars is because the man who did my nails did not pay attention to specific details and left smudges of nail polish on my fingers, I had to go home and remove it with nail polish remover myself!, it just depends on who is doing your nails, but overall a great place to go!
