Amazing experience! And a great haircut but I will say the company itself is very disappointing making all these young women work in such harsh environment's I would never allow my employees to continue to stay open with this heat and such horrible hours who has a company open everyday all the salons I have ever been to are closed on Sundays as should be the little lady told me she’s never able to go to church because she has had to work every Sunday and Saturday how sad ! very disappointed with the company I’m very sorry you girls work this way you all deserve so much better especially with the skills you all have ! Great clips do better ! All these years i thought this was a family owned company but clearly there no family at all to work there employees to the very end !! I’d rather get a haircut in the middle of the parking lot than to support this company!!

I don’t normally like these chains for haircutting but I found Anna here and I go to no one except her!!! She is by far my favorite one I’ve ever had, knows what she is doing with decades of experience, and more than happy to make any corrections or adjustments. I’ve never had a bad cut from her. There is a man there though, that absolutely BUTCHERED my daughters hair. Anna immediately corrected it and she didn’t charge us for that. I was so grateful because I just wanted to cry when I saw her hair. She fixed it where you couldn’t even tell. I just love her.

I just returned home from receiving a haircut and I have never felt so horrible after. My hairstylist made the comment," Do you even brush your hair?" She complained the whole time of my haircut and made a nasty comment about a customer sitting next to me after he left. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I work in a service industry and would be fired if I treated my patients so poorly. I NEVER leave negative reviews, but I would recommend becoming familiar with a good hairstylist rather than basing it on luck.

I would leave a 0 star if it were possible. EXTREMELY bad service, the staff there do NOT listen to their customers. Told the woman that was cutting my hair I wanted long curtain bangs. Was met with being told "that won't look good" then she proceeded to cut my hair WAY shorter than what I asked. Also was flat out told no to asking to blow dry my hair, even though it is cold outside because they closed a few minutes prior.

Tanya did my hair cut, I'm very happy with her. She listens to what I would like and does her best to make it happen. I would recommend Tanya, she's a very nice lady.

Very bad service. Barber expected tip . My sons hair was boxed up crooked . And was left hairy. Had to wash him off in the parking lot. . Would not recommend. Walmart cuts hair better than this.

not bad at all! for all the people complaining about how their hair turned out, my advice is to just be more specific. tell the stylist where you want your shortest layer to be, etc etc. it really wasnt bad at all! not sure how much it costed, I didn't pay, but my hair and my grandma's turned out good :3

Darian did the worst job. Argued that the patches were his hairline and entire haircut is crooked and patched in the back. Also my son had hair all over face and neck and dariun would not wipe him off
