Belle Beauté Nails Spa

So I switched nail salons a few months back and have been with Belle Beaute since. They have not disappointed at all. John and Alex both extremely talented. They treat their customers like family. Highly recommend.

I came here after getting a recommendation from a friend. I have been there twice and got a pedicure and acrylic nails both times. The services were done flawlessly and I highly recommend Alex! He was fantastic and strikes up conversation naturally and I enjoyed it. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment too!

I had the worst experience here yesterday and I feel terrible writing this review because the staff was kind but the environment was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The man who did my pedicure had used tools in his bin and clearly were not cleaned or new. I knew at that point I should get up and leave but I stayed, against my own judgment. The water was freezing cold, he tried to add more hot water but it never got hotter. He told me he didn’t understand English and kind of laughed it off. I watched another tech drop tools on the floor while taking them out of the package, picked them up off the floor and put them back in the package without re sterilizing them. There is dirt and debris all over the salon pedicure chairs. It was absolutely disgusting! No salon should be using used tools PERIOD! I will add the pictures and videos to show the proof. I hope they can practice better sanitation procedures moving forward as I will be reporting them to the state. Also, my feet look terrible and actually, by the looks and feel of the pedicure you wouldn’t even know that I just had them done. It was more of a what-the-F-icure. I was also cut by the dirty/used nail file, if you take notice to my left foot but let’s hope I don’t catch some nasty infection. The polish is rippled and my cuticles actually look worse than when I walked in. He used a piece of cardboard to dry my toes! Very strange considering the salons name, I felt less than beautiful walking out. Good luck if you decide to give them a chance & I hope your experience will be better than mine.

My first time there. The people are extremely nice! John did a beautiful job with my nails and was very personable. The store itself needs some updating. Newer sinks, new floors. A good wipedown. It was dirty. Just worn.

I have gone to this salon for years! & I highly recommend! they are genuinely focused on providing fabulous service. they are friendly, warm & welcoming! they take the time to ensure everything turns out to your liking. my nails & toes always look beautiful!

first time here and they were great! not just my tech but all of the staff were very nice and welcoming. throughout my appointment my tech was consistently making sure i was comfortable and that i liked how my nails were turning out. i got a gel pedi & mani w dip powder. he was so accommodating and tried to keep them looking as natural as possible like i asked. def going to be my new spot! :) edit ~2 years later: do not come here unless ALEX can do your nails. he is the only one in this place that knows what he’s doing. all of the other techs and new ones they’ve hired are terrible. i’ve been coming here 2 years but i need to find a new spot because im disappointed every single time i leave here, unless my nails are done by alex or john. also there’s bugs everywhere. like everywhere. i attached the reference photo and then what the girl did on me. it looks terrible.

Ruby is the BEST! I want to say that I have never found a Nail Tech who is as caring and detailed as Ruby is. Ruby, make sure to take her time and engage with each client that she’s with, she always ask me what I would like and pays attention to each photo I provide to her. She even has went above and beyond to flex her schedule to accommodate My not so flexible schedule. Hands-down Ruby is the best.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice. Alex does perfect nails! Sonny is great too!!

Alex did an amazing job on my nails! He was very professional, made me feel comfortable and polite. He double checked everything to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them:) I will be booking with him for my nails now on !
