SECOND REVIEW: Another great haircut with Adrienne! This time she styled my hair straight (as seen in last two pictures)! FIRST REVIEW: I highly recommend Adrienne! I'm a 41 year old gal with naturally wavy, thick hair. It can get tangled and fall flat under its own weight. I was upfront with Adrienne that I am not the kind of person that can stick to an every 6 week appointment schedule or put in a whole lot of effort to make my hair look good on the daily. I don't heat style it, I don't dye it. I just let it do its thing. I wanted a cut that worked with my natural hair texture and didn't requite a ton of maintenance. Adrienne delivered! She taught me some new tricks to keep my curls alive and frizz at bay. She took her time conditioning my hair, cutting it, and styling it in a way I can replicate. I have NEVER seen my hair this curly. I got home and showed my husband. I asked him if he has ever seen my hair look like this. He said no. Adrienne is a magician! She is also very sweet and has a lovely personality. Thank you Adrienne!

My wife had an appointment set up on a Wednesday at 10 am. They called her to tell her she needed to reschedule to 1pm. She's on her way to make the new time and they call her once more to tell her she needs to reschedule to Friday. They sounded very disorganized on the phone and the few people who called her all had different excuses for the rescheduling. She reluctantly agrees to go in Friday. Friday comes around, she goes to her appointment to find the placed closed. Not a soul in sight. No one called her to let her know that they wouldn't be there. And no one answered the calls she was making on this day. She had a horrible experience and we would not recommend this place due to the lack of customer service.

I have to say this is one of Albuquerque’s best kept secrets! This place is fabulous and so unique! The products they use are with our health in mind. Natural, hand made, I’m impressed! The treatments they offer are fantastic. I had my hair done with the nourish treatment (it was so shiny) and I got so many compliments! This is definitely a must for at least once a month. This place is incredible for self care!

I was disappointed with the scheduling, business practices and quality of service despite my initial excitement upon discovering this salon. My first appt was cancelled a few days prior upon request of the salon, due to an opportunity to promote themselves in the media. I was amenable, though I asked for a discount on the rescheduled service as I was flexing my plans and schedule for their benefit (though I felt this should have been offered and not something I should ask for). My next appt was scheduled short notice, the owner took my call as reservation on a Friday for a Sat morning appt. At 10am I arrived for my appt and had to wait 30 min (despite their advertised opening also being 10am). The stylist, surprised and unprepared, said she was not told of an appt, but offered to still do a cut and color. I attempted to not take my frustration out on her as I acknowledged the scheduling error was not her fault, but expressed my feelings and asked that the owner contact me when she was back after the weekend. I hesitated to review this salon, assuming I would hear from the owner and she would offer an apology and recompense for, now 2, relatively unsatisfactory experiences with scheduling, and also it would give me an opportunity to discuss my opinion of the below average cut and color, relative to my expectations of the salon. Unfortunately, no call came, until I posted “1-star” on google reviews. Only then, did the owner call to apologize (noting the review), explaining that they assumed I was happy since I left the salon not still actively angry. In general, I appreciated her effort to make things right (she offered to look at my hair and fix the cut and color personally), but unfortunately it came too late. The offer seemed intentioned only because of reputation and my poor review rather than out of an effort to ensure she was running a business that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. I should have never have to had to ask for a phone call, but I did, and still did not receive one. I’m happy to read about others positive experiences, but I had an average experience at best with their scheduling, their services, and their business efforts- with seemingly no attempt to maintain my satisfaction or keep me as a customer, until I posted an unsatisfactory review.

Amazing. I booked a scalp treatment & glass steam hair treat with Adrienne. My hair is so shiny, my scalp feels lighter. I booked this as a treat to myself, I am so glad I did! And my blowout looks great too!!!! It was really affordable as well. I will def.book again!!! Everyone was super nice, and Adrienne was very personable.

Showed a reference photo and didn't get close to what I wanted, but ended up looking nice in the end. Washed my hair but didn't dry it. Staff was nice, at least

I had an appointment for haircut , i was always happy with the haircuts, no complain there. On the morning of the haircut I had a flat tire, there was no way lI could make it 20 miles away from the city I. I called to canceled that appointment and I got a bill of 50 % of the fee for not be able to make it. Month before that the person who was going to cut my hair canceled on me, while I was already on the way for appointment that she got sick. I was very understanding , saying no problem what so ever! So what I am saying it is ok to cancel when something happens to them but when I could not make it it was a different stories.

Our mother daughter dates usually involve a pedicure but this time we wanted to try something new and our hair needed some real TLC. So we tried the Scalp treatment and it was everything we needed. It was such a great experience from the warm ambiance to the Scalp massage that put us in full relaxation mode. My favorite part was the hair steam bath 💁🏽‍♀️ while sipping on an herbal tea. I had the best time and I can't wait to go back.

Leaving a one star review. Booked a service with the stylist Adrienne and she cancelled appointment same day 3 hrs before appointment with no explanation just got text message and when I called the number listed for the salon. No answer and left two voicemails and no callback. Wish I would have gotten the courtesy of 24 hrs or an explanation or try to re-schedule appointment. I’m an accommodating person but no communication is not professional.

I just was looking for a salon near where I worked. I was able to book an appointment quickly with Adrienne. She was sweet, listened to what I needed and fixed a mess my last stylist created. I have found my go to. And I asked if she could fit me in for an eyebrow wax, and boom she did it right then and there. Very quiet and cute salon.
