Very happy I stopped in here. I was traveling for work and my hair was driving was driving me crazy. Called to see if they could fit me in around noon and they were able to (dry cut) the young lady who took care of me was trained by Aveda and she did a wonderful job. She is rhe first stylist in about 3 years that I have found who can do a razor cut. She was fantastic. Unfortunately this site is about 2 hours away each way for me, but next time I know I will be in the area I will stop by again with a full appointment. I would love to see what she could do with color! Wish this was closer to me!!!!!!

I have been there twice and David was patient when I wasn't able to communicate what I was looking to do to my hair. I went back again today and Tina was able to see me as a walk in and get me in and out in a very timely manner. I really like this place and plan to be back.

In my past experiences with other hairdressers, they will work with you to try to fix a haircut to your satisfaction. They will try and make it right and not expect you to pay a second time to get a haircut the way you wanted it the first time you had an appointment. I have even had to come back twice to a former hairdresser and she was happy to fix my haircut without charging me again. This was not my experience with Hair Odyssey. I was charged twice for returning again to get my haircut the way I had asked for it to be done the first time. I was also told my phone call would be returned so I could explain what was wrong with my hair and what needed fixed. I never received the return phone call. Do not come here if you expect a hairdresser to work with you to try to get a haircut right the first time. You will be charged again even if you explain you aren’t satisfied with the haircut or it still doesn’t look right.

I went here for David to fix my horrible cut that I got somewhere else . I was nervous ..I showed him a picture and he started . He didn't get scissor happy which I really appreciate. He asked questions like do I prefer this or that before he cut. He checked his work and asked if I was happy with the new cut before he removed the smock off which I liked . I didn't feel rushed or pressured to say yes I like it . If I had a problem (which I didn't ) he left time for me to answer and correct it..unlike other places where they remove it and then say okay we are done ! . . He was polite and respectful . He followed my picture recommendation perfectly. I would also like to add I was the last cut of the day and he stood open a little later to finish my hair .. I will be back ! All around great place . David gave me a great cut, but first talked to me, found out what I wanted, and took my face shape into consideration. Love the cut. Saw him do an awesome color job while I was there. He tells funny stories, and really seems to know, and be friends with some of his clientele. A good time, and great cut.

My stylist at home retired after 20 years of doing my hair. I decided to go to great clips (worst mistake) I had to come to Montgomery on business. I called everyone trying to get my hair fixed great clips messed up. Tina squeezed me at the last minute. She did an amazing job fixing my messed up haircut. I definitely recommend her!!
