Lisa does it again!! I’ve been coming here for at least 6 months now being pampered by Lisa. She’s super thorough and gives the best foot rubs. She recommended sparkle to my blue nail today, as she knows I like glitter and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lisa for being consistently amazing all around! 💙

Wow! I am very picky, and this place exceeded my expectations! I had gone to a different “nail salon” to get my birthday nails done and they were GROSS. When Gwyneth found out they were my failed birthday nails, she pulled out all the stops!! I showed her 1 picture of my dream nails and she immediately grabbed everything and went to WORK! This artist really cared about the outcome. She was not rushed but she was so skilled I feel like time flew by. I always get worried about the shaping because a “perfect almond” really depends on the whole hand shape and oh I LOVE them! She did not leave glitter placement to chance, she pieced the glitter together using different kinds to produce exactly what I had been dreaming of. She’s so kind and the appointment was relaxing and fun! I can’t wait to go back! The salon has a clean, stylish, airy and open feel, totally different from any place I’ve been! It smelled great, was perfectly clean, and the owner is LOVELY, she really created something beautiful here! As I read through the reviews prior to making an online appointment (which you should do), it’s clear Saturdays and Sundays will obviously be busy, it’s too good not to be. With graduations and proms and Mother’s Day and summer starting, I decided to go Wednesday at 10 and it was peaceful and relaxing.

Slightly upset about how my nails were handled. It was really rushed and my nail tech didn't do much prep on my nails. She didn't even trim my cuticles. Overall they are not the worst nails but I had to go back the same day because one was already coming off. I did appreciate them fixing the nail for me tho. But in the process she filed a different nail and ruined part of the French tip. A lot of the edges are sharp and when she fixed the one that was coming off she used a pink gel so now it doesn't match the rest of them. I just expected a little more for the price.

My mother and I went to this place on Sunday (3/30/25) for a pedicure and manicure are were very disappointed. While the building itself is very aesthetically pleasing, the service provided is anything but. First off the man providing my manicure did not clean the tools or his working area before seating me, in fact he had his previous manicure get up and move one seat over and put me in her seat with nail residue still left on the towel. Even though this made me a bit weary I continued as my mother was in the middle of her pedicure. While clipping my cuticles the man cut FAR too close to the nail bed and actually sliced my skin, causing me to bleed pretty badly, also causing my blood to be on the clippers which he DID NOT SANITIZE and threw directly back into his tools drawer once he was done. This made me very concerned for the sterility and safety of this establishment to the point I actually almost got up and left with butchered nails for fear of what might be on those tools. Additionally, instead of acknowledging the fact he hurt me he left me sitting there my fingering with blood running down the sides for 5-10 minutes while he gathered his materials for my nails… to which he then adhered the gel-X nail directly to my blood covered nail, no cleaning required for that either I guess but whatever. I then asked if he could make the nails shorter to which he sighed and did ONE file and asked if that was better and that he was unwilling to go shorter. from the minute I walked in I showed a picture of what I was looking for (which were little flower detailed nails) and I walked with pink nails that could poke my eye out. I went home and finished myself because I was so unhappy with them and the quality I was left with. I will not be returning and will make it beyond clear I do not think sterilization procedures are followed in this business which is really concerning for the safety of their clients.

Great atmosphere and great service. I had the pleasure of sitting with Gwyneth and she did a dip full set. I am not a fan of the fumes and will probably go back to acrylic but she did an absolutely beautiful job!

I had an amazing experience at Bellavii !The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon was spotless, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. My nail technician, Michelle was a true professional—she paid close attention to detail and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I absolutely love my nails! The shape is perfect, the polish is flawless, and they feel so strong and healthy. I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment. Highly recommend!

Came in with a party of four at 5:30 PM tonight for pedicures. Three people in my party were seen right away while I waited 45 minutes sitting in the chair for someone to assist me. The three people I was with seem to have gotten great pedicures and I was excited to hopefully get one as well. Unfortunately, because I had to wait 45 minutes and I didn’t want my party to wait an additional 45 minutes for me, I opted for the least expensive pedicure of $40 that would maybe take 25 minutes. I contemplated not even bothering and putting my shoes back on since all three others in my party were finished. When the woman came over and started the water, which was lukewarm at best, she barely acknowledged me and didn’t ask how long I would like to have my nails cut and filed them crooked. Didn’t ask if I liked the color until she was on my last toe and the color barley matched what I picked out (495-shimmer sky). Overall seemed like a rushed pedicure. As we waited for my polish to dry, which was only a few minutes, they started packing things up and getting ready to close before closing of 7 PM. The woman came over sprayed quick dry on my toes and we assumed it was time for us to go. The man who worked on my friend came over in his jacket, saying goodbye, lifted up her seats armrest, and handed her her jacket. After we paid, I had to put my shoes back on as it’s single digits outside and to no shock when I got home my toes were smudged. I had high hopes for this place as it seems aesthetically pleasing maybe I would give it another shot.

Men’s manicure is more than women’s. Spoke to visually impaired customer as though she was hearing impaired. Customer chose a light pink color and they instead did colorless. 1. Pre appointment was assured cost of men’s appt was higher because of longer massage and more cuticles. Massages only 1-2 min per hand. 2. Raised voice speaking with visually impaired customer. Technician was upset she Wouldn’t get fake nails and therefore provided quality consistent with at home manicure. 3. Made women’s shellac customer bleed due to aggressive cuticle care. Instruments not sanitized after falling on floor. No color added to nail choice . Language barrier with concerns was so significant it was uncomfortable. Absolutely beautiful space but lack of passion for the trade made it an uncomfortable with no customer experience. ^see pics below of how busy facility was during visit and the color of a pink polish manicure

Jessica did an amazing job on my nails! This was my first time getting gel x and she explained the entire process to me and really took her time getting the perfect length and shape. She even stayed late for me which was so appreciated. Book with Jessica if you haven’t yet! She is such a sweetheart!

I came in and saw Tony today for a full dip set. I got French tips and I think they came out as perfectly as humanly possible! By far the best nails I've ever had done. I have never had a "nail person" before, but I definitely do now. I will absolutely be back. Tony was funny and nice as well. All of the staff was welcoming, the place is very clean, not too busy/hectic and it has a great ambiance overall! Ten out of ten, highly recommend.
