Kaila, Kayla (not sure on spelling) , was amazing.. She was running the whole place by herself I believe. She was very polite and busy multitasking. Cutting my hair, answering the phone and communicating with someone else that walked in. She handled everything very professionally. You should be very proud to have someone like her on your team. Today there was a closed sign due to staffing shortages. Every other time, there has been a different girl that cuts my hair and I've been charged 3 different prices for haircuts. I will try somewhere else.

Hard to make an appointment more than two days ahead but easy to do within that restriction. You must realize that you are not reserving an actual time, just an arrival time. If there are clients ahead of you, you will have to wait until your slot opens up. Kayla was outstanding.
