This was my first and last time ever doing a manicure and I will never ever do this again. Polish was laid on so thick that it bubbled up as it dried and took hours before it was kind of set, so of course it smudged. You can see from the pictures how the polish formed bubbles and a rough texture instead of being a nice smooth finish. And no, that is not from the glitter making it appear bumpy, it's 100% the polish drying that way from being too thick cuz you can feel it. I have lots of glitter polish and it never does this when applied propery. If I wanted a poor paint job, I would have paid the neighbor kid $5 to get the same results. No massage, no lotion, nothing that I would consider a professional service in the least. I don't understand why anyone would pay for this at all, but I will never do this again when I can give myself a much higher quality manicure at home for free. Technician was nice enough, but this wasn't worth my money in the slightest. Unimpressed and would never recommend doing this ever.
I’ve had acrylics before, but this is the first time someone did them perfectly! Amelia is super meticulous and made sure every detail was flawless. I’m absolutely in love with my nails! Thank you so much Amelia, you’re amazing !!
The best most gorgeous nails I’ve literally ever got in my life !!! My girl Amelia is an artist !! She did so good and I love love love my nails 💅
Damaged my nails. Went in for a quick polish for an event a few weeks ago and the paint job was not the best by far, but I only needed it for one day and from across a table it looked okay. HOWEVER after I took the polish off 2 days later I saw how much the tec had gouged my nails with the file. The scratches are so deep they it's actually causing my nails to peel and flake which has never happened to me before. Every day another splits and peels leaving my nail tips thin and prone to chipping. It's awful!!! I'm so very sad I went here and have been telling everyone I know to stay away. I just had my 7th nail peel and flake off. The only thing I can do is trim them all down to the quick and wait for them to grow out until the gouges are gone. She also trimmed the proximal fold of my nail which you are not supposed to do and now those are also coming in wrong and ragged. If you care for your nails and want to keep them looking good and be healthy, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life.
Lovedddd this salon! First time coming here and I enjoyed how the person doing my nails took his time to clean them , he did ask if I wanted to cut them shorter and I said no (my mistake) but the massage was so great and he really took his time to make it a memorable pedicure, LA nails across the street from them is always booked up and that’s who I usually go to but they had no openings today so this was the 2nd option and I will be coming here again!
Getting the highest level of a pedicure for the nail tech to feel like they are just tickling me is incredibly disappointing. When I saw a male presenting nail tech, I thought I was going to get a really good massage and relaxing pedicure. This was not the case. My gel nails were even more disappointing. Nobody has time to get their nails redone. It would have been nice to get our nails done right the first time. Multiple people in our group were dissatisfied. Talk about a damper on a big wedding week. We never suggest this place to anybody and I feel awful for the person who had to pay for all of our nails would rate it zero stars if I could. It truly sucks to leave a nail salon feeling worse than before you stepped into it. Shouldn’t a person feel pretty and pampered after leaving the salon? This is infuriating.
Giving this experience two stars as I got my nails and the top of the line pedicure they offer and the pedicure was not great at all. Got about a five minute massage even though it should be longer as well as with hot stones. Hot stones were just a couple minutes everything just did not flow. Tech had to be reminded of what he needed to do and when to do it, It felt extremely rushed and when you’re paying $75 for a pedicure (before tip) Most people are really hoping to relax, not feeling rushed or chaos. The tech that did my nails was great. She was the one reminding the other tech of what to do and when to do it on my toes.
Amelia is the best she’s so sweet and did such a great job 🩷 sonny is also so nice and did a great job!! …
Amy Tran does amazing nails—her precision and creativity are top-notch! The other Amy gives incredible pedicures that are both relaxing and thorough. Johnny is beyond helpful and always makes sure you’re taken care of. The salon itself is so calming and beautifully maintained—it’s truly a peaceful escape. The owners are kind and genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend!
Amelia did the best job on my nails and was the best company too! This is the best place for manis and pedis !!
