La Bella Nail Spa

This spot was recommended by my esthetician. While it was welcoming and nicely decorated, I find I'm very disappointed in general. I have natural nails that all broke during a recent move. I came in for a deluxe pedicure and manicure with regular polish. The overall pedi/Mani was fine however, my nails were still wet and are chipping less than a day later, and the cuticles ot. It was an hour and a half after the toes were polished that I left and when I got home (a 5 minute drive from the salon), both big toes had gotten very messed up as shown in the photos. My nails, well ... They didn't need to be grinded at all and are left so thin 2 of them have not just chipped but literally peeled layers of nail off the sides. And no, I've not done anything to make that happen other than getting a facial today. So I spent $100 just to have to redo my nails myself. I know regular polish doesn't last as long as gel but I normally only have to polish them every other week. The one time I took time to treat myself just made more work. Bummed.

Always so happy with my nails and experience at La Bella Nail Salon! Casey usually does my nails and is phenomenal. I have had a few other techs as well and have never had a bad experience, everyone is super friendly and qualified!

I was so impressed! I was in town for a conference and was hoping I could get a walk-in appointment. They saw me in 15 minutes. Usually I experience a little discomfort after mani/pedis, but La Bella was great. Cute nails very thorough. Thank you.

I get my nails done every 2-4 weeks. The dip is always well done and Kevin/Susan understand what I'm looking for when it comes to design. The best part is/always will be the massages that come with the mani and pedis. I always leave feeling so relaxed.

I would take that one star away too if I could. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for multiple years. I had made an appointment for taking my acrylics off, putting gel nail colour and getting a pedicure. The person doing my pedicure was not trained, it felt like he was practicing on my feet. My nails were not cut or filed either, I had to specifically ask them to do it. Then fast forward to them taking off my acrylics, they throw my hands into a bowl of acetone rather than putting a cotton ball of acetone on each nails and wrapping foil around each nail. Acetone is extremely drying for your nails and your skin so I’m not sure why the salon thinks that’s a good idea. But if that’s their process, fine, no worries not too big a deal. Then the woman removing my acrylics, whilst using the filing machine on my cuticles was hurting my nails, because my cuticles are really sensitive and bleed quite easily, I told her politely to just be careful with my cuticles. She mumbled something under her breath which I was confused about but I didn’t make anything off of it. Then once shes taken off the acrylics off there were remnants of the acrylics and acetone under my nails which I asked if she could clean before the gel colour. This is a BASIC part of the process when you remove acrylics. At which point she gets up and says she isn’t feeling good about this and refuses to do my nails. I kept asking what the reason was because I was so confused but she refused and said she just wasn’t feeling good. At one point I thought she was physically unwell and that’s what she meant. But I got no explanation, my nails were half done and this woman literally refused service and no explanation whatsoever when I kept asking why. I asked them if they could at least soften my nail bed before I leave because it was buffed and ready to have gel nail on, they refused again. Pictures attached for what my nails looked like leaving the salon. I had better hopes from this salon and thought I was paying for a premium service. There is no such thing as customer service at this place. I should not have been made to walk out of that salon after paying almost $60 with rough half nails done and a ridiculous pedicure. Never coming back here and will make sure I share my feedback with friends in Muncie. Atrocious.

Whenever me and my friend get our nails done we always go to la Bella’s. They have great customer service and I’m always happy with my nails even when trying out something new. This set is one of my favorites, Kevin did an awesome job with the design!

They are absolutely not good they tired to charge me 90 for something so simple so I had to change my whole nail an just get one color French tip 1st pic is what I wanted 2nd pic is what I got I highly do not recommend…

100% the best nail salon ever. Very clean, Modern, super cute inside, well organized, and lots of service options. Also very affordable. Emma did my dip today and she was fantastic. After leaving dissatisfied from several other nail salons this one was very satisfactory. I drive 20+ miles for the quality service you receive here, and will always recommend to everyone. 10/10!!

Nancy was so sweet and did amazing on my nails! This was the first time I tried dip and she never failed to explain every part of the process as well as the healing process too. She was so precise and made sure my nails will still look the best while healing. Everyone I spoke to since I walked in, including the owner and the front desk girl, were so kind as well. 10/10 recommend this Salon!

techs were very nice and helpful! mine did my nails just as i had hoped with the design looking beautiful! i recommend coming here if you’re looking for a clean and nice salon!!
