Working in the area for a few months and come to Great Clips A couple of times. Very attentive, greet full and chatty staff, I’ve gotten great haircuts here. Will keep coming here to Great Clips till I’m done with my work. No complaints here, thanks.

They do anything excellent job cutting hair.
I got my haircut today. I asked for the top to be very short, like width of a finger. My hair is still like two inches too long. The conversation was interesting so I did leave her a great tip, but I wouldn't go back. Not even for them to fix it. I'll get it fixed when I get back home. As I'm here from out of town. Edit. Not only is it too long, after my shower, it is severely uneven.
Don't get hair cut here they don't know how cut hair they butcher you.
Used the app to check in online. Estimated wait time was 72 minutes. I was 40 miles away so I thought that would work perfect. When I was 5 miles away I checked my wait time and it was 13 minutes. Drove straight there and my name was not on the check in list. The lady told ne that when my wait time was zero and I was not there it automatically takes you off, and they were full for the rest of the night so I could not get a haircut today. So, in a nutshell, great clips told me to be there in 72 minutes, and my name was removed because I wasn't there in 45 minutes, causing me to drive 80 miles round trip for no reason. If you put any value on your time or money, do not under any circumstances go to great clips.
Never had a bad haircut at Great Clips until today(1/5/24). Went in & showed the stylist a picture of a haircut from 6 years ago, told her I wanted it a little shorter. She immediately started using all these technical terms about clipper lengths. I know nothing about that. She started going clipper happy, & needless to say my haircut doesn't look anything like the picture I showed her. Unfortunately there is no fix to this, as she didn't leave me anything on the sides & back. Very disappointed to say the least. Don't even know her name, just that she had redish hair to her shoulders & she was wearing a blue lightweight Hurley shirt & blue jeans. I'd like to go back there again, but have someone else cut my hair. She didn't even make small talk with me. Needless to say she did not get a tip, & at the register, she asked me my age, thinking I was a Senior Citizen when I'm only 48
They cut it very badly, and they work as if they cut it for free, they ruined the whole hairstyle, the woman on the left don’t cut from her
I love going to Great Clips because of their fast service. I know they are extremely busy on Saturday's and so I checked in online and knew there would be a wait. What got me was that it took over a half hour for my 6 year old to get his haircut when he was in the chair! Before that she asked me how to cut his colic and I had to point out how long his hair was at his colic after she had cut it; thankfully she had another stylist step in and cut his colic....like he's a little boy and I didn't ask for anything other than his normal haircut he gets there. Then after he sat very well for that long of time she didn't attempt to put any product in it and to top it off it looks more like he got a buzz cut which is not what I asked for. Very disappointed with the stylist....I literally could have given him a buzz cut without having to pay at home...
The stylists at Great Clips are good at what they do. I love that I can bring in me and my 3 sons and get all of our hairs' cut in about 30 minutes or less. Thanks, girls!
