Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and professional. I had a great time talking with the girls and sharing some laughs. I got a wash, haircut, and style. The gal did a tremendous job.

I had a frustrating experience at this Great Clips location. The salon opens at 10:00 AM, but online appointments through the app, which start at 10:05 AM, are immediately unavailable as the waitlist fills up instantly. This makes the app nearly impossible to use for scheduling. I visited in person around 11:00 AM to join the waitlist but never received a text notification for my appointment. The next day, I called at 10:12 AM to schedule, but was told they don’t accept phone appointments and I’d need to visit in person again. When I explained my previous day’s issue, the staff dismissed it as a technology glitch without offering a solution. This required me to take additional time off work to return and join the waitlist again. The process feels inefficient and inconvenient, and better app functionality or clearer communication would greatly improve the customer experience. I’m giving this location 1 star due to these ongoing issues and hope management addresses them.

I am not sure if this your store policy or issue with people working there! Firstly their online check in never available and they don't allow us to put our names on the list over phone. why the hell should someone go all the way to your salon just to put a name on the list when your online shows 120 minutes + of waiting. Nobody wants to walk in and wait there for 2 hrs, rather have the option of either online check in or phone call check in. Its high time you train your staff on using their brains once in a while. I am never going to Great clips if this is the service I get ..!

Actually, I should thank you for giving me consistently great haircuts. I have been going to Great Clips for decades and they have all done great jobs. I especially enjoy the Brookings Great Clips because they have such a great, caring and friendly staff. I highly recommend them!!

Love how quick we were in and out. Katie did a good job engaging in conversation with all 3 of my kids. The only problem was you can't check in if there is more than 2 hours, so I had to wait longer than I wanted.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating at this location. I know several of them by name. I take my children here as well as we trust them to give us great haircuts, and they are great with the kiddos as well.

This review is mainly for Katie who is an excellent person and service provider. She has proven this for years of service that I have received from her. She is fun to work with and chat while getting the haircuts and helps figure out what best rather than promoting products. I am wondering why is she still at her position and not promoted. If she ever starts her own hair salon, I will be a regular and will recommend her service to everyone I know who has hairs on head that needs cutting. Always a joy to visit Katie for haircut 💇♂️
