The salon is very clean and calming. She dispenses friendly advice and never pushes for getting more procedures than needed. And best of all whatever she suggests makes a lot of difference. Madhuri is such a wonderful and knowledgeable esthetician .she keeps everything well-organized and clean at her parlor . She really maintain a very good hygiene. First I went to see her for consultation and she specially came for my consultation. Gave good time to me listened to me very carefully, understood my need and skin and what exactly I wanted to do . At my first meeting only she made such a good connection as if I know her so well and because of her behavior he made me feel so comfortable and confident. So that I can give decision on her hand confidently . She gave a very good hair cut to me as well which I was looking from long time no one understood my need but she was like ok let me do this for you and you are gonna like this . Isn’t it so amazing . She really make good connection and relation with her customer . She is outstanding. She was compassionate and understood my skin concerns and sensitive issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best microblading and hydro facial for my sensitive and dull looking skin . I felt so relaxed and fresh . My skin started glowing and turns out so hydrated and fresh . I strongly refer her to anyone with any type of skin issue . She is really very knowledgeable esthetician. At the beginning I was so nervous but she made me feel so confident. I am so happy to recommend Madhuri to whoever needs her services. She is a fantastic beauty artist. She did henna art for almost 100 people at my son's wedding, and everybody was pleased with her work. She is talented and swift in whatever she is doing. She did an exceptional job doing hair and sari draping for some of us; she is very passionate and enthusiastic at work. She grasped whatever we wanted quickly and was able to reproduce it efficiently.

The way I was treated was horrible. I had really high hopes. I prefer to support local business, rather than big business, boy did I make the wrong decision. I scheduled an appointment a couple days prior, no issues. I show up like 5 minutes early and I am approached asking if I would like to reschedule. No greeting at all. I explained I'd rather just cancel, she explained she has a client preparing for a wedding and that she hopes I understand. I was willing to just leave it at that, instead she said let me quickly do it. For a threading session, that typically would take at least 10 to maybe 20 minutes to complete, she did in literally (I'm not exaggerating) 2 minutes. All while explaining how i should get a more expensive service done like microplaning, which as a first time customer trying a new place out and being rushed around, im glad i didnt do something more expensive....There was missing hair everywhere of course because of how rushed she was . She apologizes and says come back to get it for free next time, after chargingme full price for an incomplete job. You couldn't pay me to come back. She should never have charged me to begin with for that service. As a first and last time customer. I was rushed and treated as unimportant. I suggest looking for another local business to support.

Madhuri is great with customers, very personable and and very good at what she does. She is especially great at threading and haircuts. What I like about her is that she doesn't try to push you to do something you're not willing to. I really appreciate this about her. IF you haven't yet tried her services, I highly recommend her.
