As a current salon owner and licensed Cosmetologist, I was reluctant to get my hair cut. I was desperate and searched for the best rated salons and reviews and tried to find the best fit. I called Follicles and Joyce the owner answered, got me in the next day! She did an amazing job, listened to me in the consultation and my needs, fixed what I had and was honest with me.
