Jessica is AMAZING! She completely transformed my hair, gave me the most gorgeous lashes, and my brows have never looked better. She’s a total perfectionist in the best way—every detail is just right. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and so well taken care of. Super disappointing experience. I had a significant root line after leaving my appointment. The salon offered a complimentary adjustment, but my roots were still showing after the second appointment. I've been highlighting my hair for 15 years, and have never experienced this. Do not recommend, especially for ~$300

My 13 year old daughter got an undercut by Andrea and she was awesome. We brought in a couple of pictures and she did exactly what we asked. She was great! I’ve have my hair colored and cut here by Angie and she is also fantastic. Everyone there wants you to leave with exactly what you want, they care. The stylists are really professional and good at what they do. Go to Elevate.

I had a great experience here. Natalie did great with my hair, it’s thick and been colored a darker color in the past. She did the exact type of partial blonding and dimension that I wanted. She was also able to wax my eyebrows. My eyebrows are not tame and she did an excellent shape with them. It was more expensive than what I’ve done before, but it was worth it.

I received the ultimate scalp massage treatment at Elevate and it was an amazing experience. It was very interesting getting to see my scalp/hair follicles up close and discuss possible issues that I’ve had while postpartum. The massage and hair washing was incredibly relaxing. I had the added blowout finish added at the end which was a cherry on top for the entire experience. Upon leaving, I purchased giftcards for my favorite ladies in my life to get the same treatment done. I’m excited to return for my next treatment/massage!!

I have been to this salon twice now. First experience was incredible! Rachael did a fantastic job and is very talented. The second appointment Rachael was booked so I went with a different stylist. This was a horrible mistake. I’ve never been to a salon where they wanted to send me out with my hair still wet and looking like I rolled out of bed. I normally air dry my hair at home, so maybe thats why she tried to do this? When I asked she did dry it more, but the back of my head feels unclean as if there is a bunch of product in it. I specifically asked for her to cut me with a middle part but she cut me with a side part. In terms of face framing, she made it very uneven and in the front some of the hair is so short it’s almost like I have bangs. I immediately got in my car and burst into tears. I look like a boy from the 90’s. I’ve honestly never had a bad haircut as an adult because I’m pretty easy going. I just couldn’t let this go without saying something. I still tipped 18% to be polite, but I can never set foot in this salon again. It’s a shame because I had such a great experience with Rachael. I wish I had just gone with her again. But I’m honestly so frustrated and traumatized from today. 08/24/25: I wanted to go back and say that after I posted this review management was kind enough to reach out and apologize for my bad experience. They even offered me a $80 credit for a new haircut. I appreciate how receptive they are to customer experiences. I still won’t be returning but I believe that other people could have a great experience here.

I have always had a lovely experience with Elevate, from the easy booking to the friendly receptionist who offered refreshments while I waited, to the haircut (and eyebrow wax) itself. Anna was fantastic and did a great job with my stubborn wavy hair. She took time to listen to what I wanted and helped interpret that in a way that worked for my hair. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend!

I have been going to Elevate A year and a half now. Morgan is my specialist and I could not be happier. The salon itself is wonderful in working with you on scheduling and what you’re looking to have done. Morgan does my extensions and my color and my cut. I am always pleased with the results and I get outside compliments on my hair frequently. I’ve never had color so natural. The extensions have been great and have never caused damage to my natural hair. I highly recommend Elevate salon and Morgan!!

Morgan did an amazing job with my coarse, thick, curly hair. She listened to my needs, looked at my inspo pics, talked me through options, and then gave me THE most amazing haircut! I am SO happy with my results that I booked for my next appointment already!

Mei was amazing. I was seeking a hair style that required hair growth. I've never have had stylist actually listen to me and nail it. For 6 months I sat quietly as she trimmed my hair each month recalling all the other hair stylist that never heard me. The service and pampering of the salon itself had me coming back. Who would not turn down snacks, coffee, hospitality and a relaxing environment. My hair had finally reached the correct length to meet my request. I was almost in tears. Mei not only listened to me, but also delivered. Way to go Mei!
