My husband and I both had amazing experiences getting our hair done here! Our stylist was very nice and did our hair exactly as we described we wanted it done. I'd give them over 5 stars if it was possible. We also made sure to tip because they did such an amazing job!!! They got both of us feeling like a bag of money!!! 💰🔥💯💥 Such an amazing experience at this place!!! I definitely recommend them to anyone! They'll get you looking real fresh and fine AF!! Absolutely love this place and WILL FOR SURE BE GOING BACK FOR MY NEXT CUT!!!!

I took my child in for a relaxer. She got the virgin relaxer. Only her roots were relaxed. The rest still basically natural. Asked for a roller wrap. It was still wet when she came from under the dryer and her hair was frizzy. I asked her could she fix it she told me it would be extra to flat iron. I don’t understand why I have to pay more to fix something that went wrong on her end. My baby had pictures today and it look like she got a bad silk press. I’ve called over 20 times today. No answer. No call back. She took a picture at the beginning but not at the end because she know it was not giving. I shouldn’t have to go home and fix anything after paying over a 100 dollars. I honestly want to be refunded. I can’t get in contact with anyone. They answers fast when I called for an appt. I’ve called, my sister has called, my boyfriend has called. I called them over 20 times. UPDATE:I’ve emailed them like they said, no response. Still no answer on the phone. It’s been 6 days
