The nail technician was friendly, but I'm disappointed with the quality and speed of service. I called in advance to schedule a dip manicure and a pedicure. When I arrived for my appointment there were no other customers in the salon, and no one else came in, but it still somehow took over two hours to get me out the door. I would've accepted the long time to get everything done if not for the poor quality of work and high price ($95 before tip). The nail tech cut and filed my nails crooked. The dip was not filed down evenly. The chrome does not cover the whole nail. My pedicure was sloppy and uneven. It's unfortunate because the tech was very nice but this is the worst manicure I've ever had. I don't recommend going here.

While they were extremely friendly, my rating is strictly based on quality of the service. My French manicure was sloppy. The lines were crooked. And my eyebrows were uneven, which I mentioned a few times but the lady insisted that they were not. I had to fix them myself because they were just 2 different shapes. And to top it off, I have burn marks under my eyebrows that formed after the redness went down. They were friendly people but based on the results of their services, this lady needs some more practice in her craft.

I got my nails done here for years...the quality of service has hit a wall. I got my nails done not even two weeks ago...2 on one hand broke...3 on the other broke...and they were my natural nails..I'm furious...they ruined my nails. I previously posted a pic and positive review....had to delete... this was beyond. Out of control

seriously ladies I'm not kidding you, don't even waste your time and money. I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and I've never came across such disgusting service and unclean utensils, that woman in there is so rude and disrespectful, I've already reported them to the better Business bureau and called the attorney general because I personally witnessed them mistreating an elderly woman one day and cut her finger so badly and didn't even offer her bandage! do not go to this place whatever you do in my opinion which I'm entitled to. allegedly these people don't know what they're doing

The hubs and I were in town for my daughter's wedding staying at the downtown Hilton hotel. I googled nail salons and based on reviews we went to see Mike and his wife at the Strawberry Salon. We treated ourselves to manis and pedis. We relaxed, had great conversation and great service. My gel polish still looks great almost 4 weeks later! I would definitely go back next time I'm in town!

This nail salon has such a great atmosphere. It is filled with friendliness and all of your salon needs. The nail tech that repaired my botched mani and pedi from another salon was very personable and professional alike. Easy access and a nice location. We enjoyed friendly and highly-skilled service. The team in this salon treated us like family. We will visit here again when in the area because of the attentive service and reasonable prices alike. Highly recommend 💅

I would give it 5 stars however when I first originally got my full set done within a week I had to get a nail repaired. Then I had to get my fill in a lil before two weeks but it looked like I needed one even days before that. So I just went to get my fill 4 days ago everything was fine but within a day my matter nail polish is coming off in chunks. And my nails are super sore. They got my shape perfect which is why I went back. But I've had those other issues so I will unfortunately not be returning. Post a picture of the chunks missing from my nail polish after 4 days. And it's not like I do anything that would do it intentionally.

I called at 11 and made an appointment for 2:30 I arrived on time sat for a half hour and they didn’t even try to start doing anything. I was getting a fill pedicure and eyebrows and my daughters nails. What a shame how people treat you these days and your giving them your money. What a waste of talent because she does good nails.

This is my second time coming here. Once last year and once two days ago. I went into 2 days ago for a liquid gel set which cost $45 and I was there from 12-3 because they were packed when I arrived and I had no where else to be. They saw me fast but it took 2 hours for the lady to finish the gel set. When I left it was $60. ($10 for gel polish and $5 for long nails even tho they were middle length) and today I tried to take my case off my phone and my left pointer and middle finger nail broke off AFTER 2 DAYS. I’m going back today to get them redone and I’m not paying for a thing. 2 days. This happened last year too. I got acrylic set last year and they broke within a week.

By far the worst refill I've ever had! This place was recommended by a friend because my usual nail tech was booked and I'm in a play set in the civil war that requires that I cut my nails down for the part. I got my fill 10 days ago and my nails are chipped, the acrylic is separating from my nail, and gel polish is completely gone. And to add insult to injury, they over charged me! DO NOT GO THERE! You WILL be disappointed smh😡😡😡
