Very bad service . Felt very rushed and she did very bad on my nails . She didn’t file them , shape them or make ANY of my nails even mind you I only asked for gel over my regular nails (not to much to ask for) I did a pretty simple design. I called for refund and she said absolutely not , come back and we will fix it . No thank you , she already acted as if she didn’t ruin them the first time .. very rude and is you go in there while they are busy , RUN out you will not get what you paid for simply because they arnt taking their time to do the job properly.

The girls were so nice and funny! One did my manicure, the other did my pedicure. They did a great job! I had a open cut on my finger from a picked hang nail, and she was very considerate about the pain!

I love getting my nails done here. They are very pretty and affordable

I was out of town and decided to try this salon out & I was sooo happy I did!! I received the best experience a girl could ask for!! Amazing pedicure in massage chair, an amazing massage with my shellac pedicure! My full set nails turned out better than I could've imagined! Great conversation, amazing women, fantastic work definitely would recommend!! So glad the Universe brought us together today 💞🥰

My wife has been going here since high school and now my daughter gets to go too. Every once in a while I will also go and get a pedicure, if not to just go and chat. Jenny and Lee treat us like family, and remember things about you, making a real connection. These ladies will be able to do whatever you want, but the best thing, is to let them do their own designs, they are creative, and they make the most beautiful designs. I don't mind this self treat for my wife, as it makes her feel good to go.

DO NOT go to D&J Nail Salon in Cedar Springs for acrylic removal. She PRIED OFF my acrylics by trimming them and wedging another acrylic underneath until they snapped off, did two swipes of a file and two swipes of a buffer, and put oil. Whatever acrylic was left was dremmeled until my nail beds burned. There is STILL acrylic left on my nails too. The photos don’t do justice to the condition of my nails. They are gritty, uneven, and rough. Very upset with the (lack of) service I was provided.

This is my 3rd bad experience. I’ve seen many good reviews so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn’t have. I got these ombré nails done for my wedding and 4 days later while on my honeymoon, they’re breaking off. She also didn’t do the ombré correctly so she had to cover the top with glitter to hide the white dots. They’re also so thick that I look like I have balls of acrylic on my nails vs a nice square nail. When I told her I wasn’t happy with the ombré, she blamed me. I will not be returning again.

Girls there are sweet. I love my pedicures there. They are really helpful with watching my foot health. I've gone other places, but like them best.

So talented, kind, timely and sweet these ladies are!
