Sport Clips Haircuts of Baxter/Brainerd

Long wait if you don't have an appointment booked in advance, but I strongly prefer Sport Clips over Great Clips.

Waited 2 hours just to be told they are booked out the whole day and can’t fit me in. Have more than 3 staff if you’re booked an entire day. There’s like 8 stations in there.

Brought my 3 yr old for school pictures, absolutely great job.

Even if you show them pictures they never listen, I have given them way to many tries but they always manage to disappoint. They cut wayyyyy to short then what I’ll ask them to and show them.

Sheila did amazing with our toddlers hair. Watched the end result of another customers from hers and again another great result.

The guest experience was great. They managed to squeeze me in, listened and gave input based on what I wanted, and were extremely outgoing and welcoming. Along with a wonderful conversation and little tips and tricks about hair health, I felt extremely taken care of. I've already mentioned my experience to a few friends and intend to make this location my default.

I bring my boys here, I always use the online check-in! My husband also gets his hair cut here too. Such friendly, wonderful staff, they've always done great work with my boys and they have been going for about two years now!! My husband is always pleased with his styles. My boys are always excited, when I tell them it's time for their hair cut, they can't wait to sit in the big chairs and to be treated special!! Thank you Ladies for always making it fun and enjoyable!!

Bobbi did such a great job with Declan’s hair. She was very friendly and allowed him to help guide his cut. Highly recommend her and will be coming to see her again!!

If I could give zero stars I would. First my hairstylist swore that everyone knew how to do a beard fade. FAIL. A massage therapist charges $1 a minute. Sport clips charges $45 for a terrible 10-minute fade. People there do not care about quality haircuts, nor do they care about their own work. Nobody should ever support a 10-minute haircut for $30 plus a $15 beard fee for such terrible efforts. I go to a guy in St. Cloud that charges $45 for cut and beard and spends 60 minutes on making it a great haircut. Sport clips haircuts do not garner $45. Walmart in Baxter is a much more appropriate choice, cheaper and they have more effort. I will not be returning no matter how desperate I am.

Worst booking system. Booked on line and before I could get there they removed my booking and when I arrived I was told that their computer system is the worst. They would not try to help me. Second time there system has caused me problems. I will not give them a third chance to disappoint!

Great cut every time. I love the fact that they keep track of my past cut requests. Very organized operation. I highly recommend this business.

Don't normally leave negative reviews, but this is the second time in a row I have had a bad experience with Sport Clips, This time the person cutting my hair didn't blend half the side of my head, I didn't notice until later in the day when I got home. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a consistent haircut.
