I arrived 6 minutes before my appointment with Heather. No other customers were in the store. Was greeted by a man and advised to sit in Heather's chair, she just went to have a drink. After 15 mins, I was still the only one in the store plus their were no beauticians on the floor so I figured they must have all gone to lunch or something.....so I just left. Needless to say, I won't be back either.

Heather is amazing! She is great with naturally curly hair. She’ll tell you if what you want isn’t feasible and give you options. She is super friendly and professional.

I went here today and was met by an older gentleman who asked me what it was that I was looking for, and I showed him a picture of what I wanted done with my hair. He asked me if I wanted my hair really long or short, and I told him somewhere in between. He starts cutting and asks me if I want the front of my hair beneath or above my eyebrows. I told him slightly above it. He then proceeded to cut the front of my hair almost completely to the top and fully rid me of styling the front of my hair fir at least a month or so. I believe that he didn't know how to do any cut except for a military style cut because that's what I got. It was very short and looked nothing like what I showed nor asked him to cut. It was very uneven, thicker on and shorter on one side than the other and was left with bald patches, and loose hair all over. It costed over $20 to do something that I could've done better and faster myself. Please save yourself the time, money, and trouble and get your haircut somewhere else! Your hair will thank you!!!

I got my hair cut there today (7-30-23) by Katherine. It was the best experience I have ever had getting a haircut. She took the time to listen and figure out exactly what I wanted before she started cutting. I like a very different hairstyle (think old west and Sam Elliott) and she did a wonderful job! Definitely recommend her!!!

Tracy is amazing not only is she caring and makes you feel at home she great with her craft request her you will not believe how great your hair will turn out.

I saw so many reviews about how great and patient everyone was with their kids but that wasn't 100% true with my visit. Granted, my daughter was ridiculously difficult, the woman that helped us just had that "don't wanna deal with it today" attitude. But she did what she could and everything turned out fine lol

We've been here twice for our boys. One is 2 and the other is 7. They both sit well but have had experiences in other places where people roll their eyes out clearly otherwise don't want to do it. Haven't felt that way at all with this place! The stylists are very welcome and sweet and even offered suggestions of good places to go when they found out we just moved. Highly recommend going here if you need a hair cut for yourself or your kids!

Did not listen to what I said. I even showed her a picture and said like this but not quite yhis short. The back cut way to short on the length, not blended properly. I have wedding to go to and my hair looks like it was cut by a teenager with weedeater. I will never go back here. She even admitted that she did not listen to what I was saying.

Should be a negative one the blonde and there was very rude got there an hour before closing there was two people that were going to cut hair hair and 2little boys getting a hair cut and then me but she wanted to be rude and 2 other times she messed my hair up

A+++ This is great place to get your haircut. They are ALWAYS friendly and quick to greet you when you enter. They get you registered in quickly and the wait time is usually short. Heather has been the best! I highly recommend her. Great personality and super friendly. I will definitely be back!! Keep up the great work!!

I was a walk-in appointment and Tasha was my stylist who greeted me nicely and sat me quickly. She did great with my haircut as well. I will be back and I highly recommend her!!
