Service is always great. My nails always last. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the nail techs are always so friendly! Best shop in town.

I got my nails done Thursday, March 28th. It have been two days and one nail started lifting. Then the next day, another nail popped off. I didn’t hit it on anything, just popped off on its own. I’ve been coming to this salon since I was lit and it never did me this wrong.

I walked in and showed Hannah what I wanted. She said she could do it. I was very satisfied with the results and all three employees I encountered during my visit were very friendly to me while I was there.

Cicis nails change of owners, but look at the nails in the most horrible coffin shape I've ever seen, of the size let's not even talk, the nails polish made balls on the front, I said it to the oldest woman who did it and I only speak in her language that speaks and "I don't hear" bad service 12/22/23

My first time here. All of the staff were very nice, professional and friendly. They started my pedicure on time and finished in an hour. They did a thorough job and I needed a good pedicure. I took my own polish and prefer to always do that regardless of where. Their shop is clean and they followed all protocols. I will come back.

These people do beautiful nails quick best place in Batesburg in my opinion. Nice employees and quick trip! I got exactly what I wanted just like the picture! I love this place I highly recommend!!

So I go in on Nov 22nd got my nails and toes done looked good while I was there go over to sit afterwards waiting on my ride I kept looking at them, some are pointing in an upward position,some sit straight out , a couple of them are crooked, you can see spots that clearly should be filled in one hand was longer than the other. And now barely a week later I'm sitting here with missing nails. My toes we excellently slayed. Great job so the tip I left I'm so glad I did because she definitely did her thing. As for John he deserves a good bit of his tip but the man knows for the 170 I paid in there he could have easily took these off and replaced them . He told me he would put polish over it so then what I would still be sitting here now with missing crooked nails. I feel like they leave them lifted so they do come off sooner. Not sure but any mani pedi I have had before be darn if they were moving, not a chance but hey this is just my opinion my experience.

Soon as we walked in very dry welcome and rude. Never asked my sister did she need services. Stated need to know color before even showing sample of nail strips. Dianna wanted to over talk me when stating what I had. Then even said you can go to another shop down the road. Very unprofessional when this is the first time coming to business. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

Ivy was amazing! Everyone was so great including Leo and Diana! They were all so helpful and kind!
