Walked in for mani/pedi and was super lucky to get in with Carmella. So so impressed. What a wonderful surprise and experience. If you need your nails done highly recommend! Did a wonderful job and super personable!

Went to see Heather Kay! She is awesome- so personable and takes her time with everything. She made sure to check in with me about shape and length. I was happy to hear she’s been an artist for a long time because, doing nails & being able to put art on nails is genius.

Do NOT get acrylics with designs here. I had a photoshoot for a magazine so made and appointment for a full gel set. I left with acrylics because my nail tech said she was better at acrylics and not comfortable with gel nails. I also got a design on both my ring fingers and by the time I had my photoshoot, the day after I got my nails done, my left ring finger was completely messed up and 3 of the 5 rhinestones had fallen off. Had to do my photoshoot with janky nails. I'd buy press on nails from a store before going back to this place. The receptionist who answers the phone is not very friendly either. This salon is a major L.

My experiences with Joey as a nail tech have been phenomenal. She does a beautiful job on my nails. However, she has cancelled my appointment 3 times out of 6, always just a day or two before I was supposed to see her. She cancelled my appointment the night before my senior prom and cancelled my appointment a few days before I left town for college. I would normally not care, but these events were incredibly important to me and I would have preferred more notice, especially being that I booked both of these appointments MONTHS in advance and that it has happened multiple times. I understand how busy life can be, and she is very talented and kind, but a 50% cancellation rate is not ideal. Had she attempted to connect me with other technicians in the studio, I would not have such grievances. Very disappointed.

Heather has been doing my nails and toes, she is absolutely amazing, she’s super kind and loves what she does! She’s up to do whatever you are looking for and she’s got some great ideas too to help add some flare. You should go give her a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I was only in town for Easter, but Nail-issimo was able to get me in for a polish removal and hard gel manicure. Sage did such a lovely job, both in being a sweet person to talk to and by my nails! She is very professional, and so down-to-earth. I love the daisy art for spring :)

I forgot to ask her name, but received an incredible pedicure from the woman with cute metallic/black ghost nails. I work on my feet all day and it was so nice to get pampered and not feel rushed. And my nails look beautiful, thank you so so much:)

I went in for a mani/pedi. Left in tears and not just because my nails looked awful. The “manicure”was sloppy and the polish cured chunky. Decent cuticle care but she did not file or shape my nails at all?? The pedicure was a disaster. The nail tech was clearly in a rush and had me in and out of the chair in 20 minutes but not before drenching me, my shoes, my bag, the floor and the empty chair next to me. My feet were in the water for less than 5 minutes before she began to cut and polish. No callus removal, no cuticle care and she couldn’t get me out the door fast enough. To top it off she overcharged me. I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience at this salon and will not be returning.
