I was traveling through the area and decided to stop by Sport Clips for a quick haircut — and I’m so glad I did! Jenn was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me with a warm smile, made me feel right at home, and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure I left feeling refreshed and confident. It’s not always easy finding a stylist when you’re away from home, but Jenn made the experience wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend her to anyone in the area!
My stylist, Nona, listened carefully to what I wanted and as a woman that was very important to me! She explained what she was doing as we went along and I love my new haircut! The services and products were great ! I didn’t purchase any product as I have a large stock of other products at home, but am open to buying some on my next visit to the salon! Thanks Nona!
Alyssa was so friendly and really worked with me to get the cut and look I was going for. I haven’t been to get a haircut in over 2 years because of my anxiety but she made the entire process comfortable and safe. I’ll definitely be going back! The check in process online was also easy and ensured I didn’t have to sit and wait for a long time.
This location has always been my son’s go-to spot, and his haircuts always turn out fantastic. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very different. I called earlier in the day to confirm that they could do a little girl’s haircut, and they assured me they could. I was told to check in on the app, which I did when I arrived 30 minutes before our appointment time. When my daughter’s name came up “on deck”, we watched as one of the employees cleaned their station and then called the person after us. I initially thought this was because the male employee wasn’t comfortable doing a little girl’s haircut, so I didn’t think much of it. However, when another employee cleaned their area and then called yet another person after us, I became frustrated. I checked the board and saw that we had been bumped from the list altogether and were now told we’d have to wait another 20 minutes. The final straw was when they accepted a walk-in despite the already busy schedule. At that point, I decided to walk out. A few things I’d like to mention: I understand this is primarily a men’s and boys' haircut place, but I had confirmed on the phone that they could do a little girl’s haircut. We were on the waitlist and were continually pushed back. If they weren’t comfortable doing a little girl’s haircut, I would have gone somewhere else and not wasted an hour of my time.
I was able to trust the lady who did my hair with the overall architecture of my haircut. Just wanted a couple specifics. She did exactly what I needed and wanted. I would recommend her by name if I could recall it. She was the lady answering all the incoming questions and customers when she wasn't cutting hair herself. Monday morning. The computer was having issues. I waited with my dog patiently. If you guys reply to the review please provide her name so everyone knows to ask for her.
I have now had 2 bad haircuts at Sports Clips East Bend. I will not go back. For the first bad haircut, the stylist accidentally cut a large chunk of hair on one side of my neckline. She didn't tell me and my wife discovered it when I got home. My next back haircut about 6 weeks later had a really short cut on the back which looked terrible and didn't match the rest of the haircut. Buyer beware!
I have been to salons in Las Vegas, Santa Barbara , LA. I also haven’t been in one for almost -2 years because I just started cutting my own hair. But damn! Jenny exceeded my expectations ten fold!!! Best hair cut I ever had and everything was smooth and timely!! I’m convinced Jenny is Top Level professional when it comes to hair , she absolutely slayed it !! Thank y’all!
I used to get consistent, quality haircuts at Sport Clips...But ever since Covid, the quality of hairdressers has drastically gone downhill. Lack of enthusiasm, sometimes strange personalities, and no attention to detail with thorough checks for quality control. I also opted for an MVP, but it was like I was being tickled from the hair dresser with a massage chair that needed to be replaced 5 years ago. Both my son and I received haircuts and came home to discover sloppy transitions and wonky spots. It's as if all your hired help are the leftovers straight out of beauty school. This is the second time it's happened to us in a row. I'm very tempted to stop coming here altogether, and that's after being a repeat customer for 10+ years. I had a lady fix my hair at Great Clips the last time around, and she did a night and day difference. So now Great Clips is showing you up... We also drive in from Redmond. It just doesn't seem worth the price and trouble at this point. I'm definitely not driving back in to have you "fix" things. Please do better. You used to be awesome, and now it just seems like you don't care.
Our son suffered a head injury that resulted in shaving an area of his head for stitches. Joy talked through some options to clean it up and gently performed the MVP treatment to ensure he was comfortable and had a fresh, clean style. The increase in our son’s confidence coming out of Sports Clips with a nice haircut was astonishing. We will be back to Joy for future clean ups!
Holli gave me the best haircut I have had in years (5/29/25). Thank you. I walked in, signed in and initially had a 40+ minute wait. I did not wait 40+ minutes, they got me right in, had my previous hair cut on file and we were off! Awesome experience. Thanks Holli
