Salon Envy

The good-girl who cut my hair was very sweet. The price is great. Now the rest. Tried for 2 days to make an appointment with Darcy because of her reviews and I maybe because my favorite cousin has the same name. She never tried to get in touch with me. I was told she wouldn't work one night then call and she is there. Booked appointment FINALLY and she was rude and was pretty sure she didn't even write it down. Then show up 5 min early and she rudely says to sit down and of course either forgot the appointment or didn't care as she was just getting started with a lady with foil in her hair so this was a long project. She didn't ask if I had a appointment with anyone and I sat there for 15 min when another lady finally noticed me because Darcy can't even convey someone is there. So this sweet girl cut my hair and it looked as bad as I have gotten in 5 years. She simply needs more training and should not be working at a place without someone supervising her. Maybe the others including Darcy can cut hair well, but I likely will never know. Oh, almost forgot to mention the call another lady who works here got and she out on speaker so we could all hear a odd discussion that ended with her announcing this person should not have called if they did not her advise on what sounded like applying for a job somewhere. Thankfully I can cut my own hair well enough I salvaged it, but awful experience mostly because of Darcy.

Sometimes you just have to get the the right person to get your hair cut and colored correctly. Darcy is fantastic with color and the cut was perfect. She is sweet and personable and truly makes you feel comfortable. Getting your hair cut can be traumatic but not with Darcy!! I would give more star if I could.

NEVER GO HERE!! My wife had her hair below her shoulders. She asked the lady to trimm the dead ends and take layer it. Lady say of course and then proceeds to bob my wifes hair to where it sit between her ears and shoulders. Lady never even noticed we paid said nothing and went home. My wife was devastated with butchering her hair received. They might have been good once but not anyone be warned if u love those long locks stay away

After 40 years of getting my hair cut in a million different places, Salon Envy with Darcy is the only place me and my son will go. Fast, consistent and friendly is my experience every time I visit after 2 years. Thank you Darcy and Salon Envy!

I loved Emma !! She did exactly what I wanted!! She is an amazing stylist! I am sending my baby sister to her!! She was very friendly and easy to talk with. I will definitely we going back!!

Not impressed. MJ cancelled 4 hours before my first appointment at this salon. Really, why would I reschedule when there is a dependability issue. I have special plans this weekend and needed a haircut and had made my appointment a week in advance. No customer service!

Alyssa is amazing! She's the only stylist I will trust to do my daughters hair when I'm not present. She can somehow take the unrealistic wants of a teenaged girl and end up with a cut & color that exceeds the expectations of both mom and the aforementioned teenaged girl. Her color skills are superior and her cutting skills are AMAZING! The shop itself has a eclectic industrial vibe, while still seeming warm. My only complaint is that their waiting area seems like it's more of an afterthought... Like someone just threw some chairs by the front door. I understand that they're a bit cramped on space since they downsized the size of the shop, but it would be nice if the waiting area was a bit more inviting.

Sounds very snobby on the phone towards me. She kept going off about new clients needing a credit card on file which she never got from me when I scheduled my appointment. I gladly would have paid the cancellation fee and rescheduled but I did not get offered I got hung up on.Granted I did miss my appointment but I scheduled it over a month ago and got a reminder text just two hours before my appointment. I have an infant baby so sometimes I won’t get to bed until he decides to fall asleep which is late sometimes so I sleep in. Will not be going here given the attitude I received. Does not take kindly to new clients. You should really update your system to give reminder text the day before because life happens.

This is second time I've been to Emma and she's just so good! She did a root touch up, cut and style all in an hour for a great price. I highly recommend Emma Whitmore!

Amy the owner is the best stylist I've ever been to. The 80's layered look is back and most stylists don't know how to do it or are too scared. Not Amy, she's the best!
