Great place Freindly people .my daughter took me here for mother's day a few years ago. They are great with my young granddaughters and Jack does my Nails every time him and his wife are fantastic. I drive from Riverton WY to get Nails done will not go anywhere else and not only great Nails but fantastic pricing and service.

I went in today at 5, and i get there is a wait for things but i didn’t get done until 7 when they closed, he kept hurting me, ripping off my nails and cutting me several times not just once, throwing my hands around and being rude, his name is ken hoang. i payed $85 to get them done, and if i would’ve known they would look that bad and be so expensive i would’ve gone somewhere else or did them myself. i would recommend not going to him.

This was my first visit at Solar Nails for a gel manicure. Overall, my experience at Nails was just below average. Unfortunately, the stylist accidentally nicked my skin, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, my nails were cut shorter and narrower than I had requested. By the time I noticed, it was too late to make any changes. The stylist also seemed rushed. Aside from these issues, the rest of the service was satisfactory. It was clean. I paid $40 before the tip.

I went in today for a full set, i wanted white french tips. the base color is sooo orange.. im dark/brown skin. the nail shapes are so off, some of them look like duck shape. i asked for square.. the base color wasn’t as orange when i was still in the chair or else i would’ve said something then.

First time at solar nails, I showed an inspo pic of the style i wanted and quoted me $85. I go to pay and my total is $95 not including tip which is whatever.. 5 days later my nail snapped off, i called and ask if they would fix for me. & the different nail tech used a different style nail & also made the nail & design completely uneven & was still required to pay $5 for it. Not to mention only 1 coat of polish, and in the sun you can see thru the polish & all the brush strokes. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK GO TO LUXERY INSTEAD! These are my vacation nails and im not happy at all.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The worst customer service I have ever had. Jack and Tia have no business running this place. Quality is terrible. Two weeks after having a new set, and they have been lifting since the first week.

Amazing customer service did wat i wanted will b going back

I went in during the fall and asked for fall colors. The older man in the right corner said this is all we have and I said oh okay well I don’t like these colors. He said just pick one and proceeded to put my nails into the bowl. I was feeling pressured because I’m telling him hold on let me pick a color first. I didn’t like the colors so I walked out like a grown woman without making a scene or showing my butt and this old man was laughing. I didn’t feel embarrassed because I did the most respectful and adult thing. Needless to say, I’m not going back. I would not recommend.

The first time I went, it was great! Derek did a phenomenal job with my pedicure. So I got excited and took two of my friends next time. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Despite the listed price, 3 people gave us 3 different prices. The one guy said, $10 to take off nail polish, the other one said, polish is not included in the manicure😤😤. I would give them a zero based on the recent experience, but since the first experience was great, I’m giving them a2 stars. I Definitely do NOT recommend this place. They just randomly started stating prices because we were from out of town.
