Took my son there 3 times showed 3 different people the same haircut he wanted. They should stop and actually listen and look at the haircut that my child wants they don't do a good job what so ever I had them fix it once shouldn't have to do that every time. Just gonna go else where from now on I'm not paying all that money for a crappy job I could of done at home

The beautician was very nice. She told me she was from Ukraine. She started cutting my hair before I even told her what I wanted. I told her I was not happy with the way it was looking, she basically just kept cutting.. Finally she called another girl over and was told how to try and fix my mangled very short by now haircut. It looks like a goat chewed on it. Finally I just gave up, got up paid the bill and walked out. Bi will not be back. People if you go here do not get the girl from Ukraine. She is nice but I don't think she understands enough English to communicate with a customer.

We had an appointment at 5:30 pm and we got there at 5:20 pm and waited for 40mins and still they were not assisting us. So I asked the staff how much longer we needed to wait and she said 20 more minutes. So I told her I would be right back I'm just gonna run to wallgreens fast. And the staff said, "Yeah that's fine." Then we got back there 15 minutes later but right when we walked in they told us that they couldn't cut my son's hair cause their already shut down the computer. Waste of time.

Took my granddaughter there for a wash, cut and blow dry. She had a wonderful time. They listened to what she wanted and it turned out exactly like she wanted. Just like her nanas hair lol! Thanks Cost Cutters for putting a beautiful hair cut to her beautiful smile.

They were absolutely amazing. My son has sensory issues he basically cried to get down the entire time, the ladies there tried so hard to reassure him, they were patient and calm and in the end offered each of my children a sucker for jobs well done. I will definitely be coming back!
