Alie is AMAZING!!! She killlls it everytime! And she genuinely cares about her clients! I see her every 3 weeks and it has easily become my favorite day! 🤩❤️

I bought a groupon for my wife's birthday with Allie. My wife a month later still can't use her groupon. She doesn't answer her calls. Then, she doesn't return texts or messages. We continued to reach out to her over 5 times to schedule an appointment and she NEVER returned a single text or call. We even went through the online portal, which says the appointment isn't actually booked until it is confirmed. We finally, after MANY attempts to book, got a confirmation because we used a different phone, she canceled 30 minutes before. She scammed us. She called me heartless, I am trying to warn everyone of our extremely poor experience with her. She has caller ID, so the only time we were able to get her to answer was from a different phone. To this day, she has NEVER reached out to us to reschedule. Allie, the time you spent responding to my post you could have easily contacted us to reschedule. Something I thought was a nice present turned out to be a terrible idea. Don't get ripped off! Scandalous!!

Alie is amazing. I’ve been going to her for a year now. She’s very meticulous in her work and she’s always striving to be better and better. She’s a wonderful person and I enjoy every visit with her.

I've been going to Alie every three weeks for years! She is the best! My nails never chip and the extra care she takes and attention to detail is 'phenomenal'! She is the sweetest! Any bad reviews are inaccurate and clearly not done by an actual customer.

Booked a gel manicure + regular pedicure and absolutely LOVED my service! Alie was so sweet and easy to talk to. Super passionate and meticulous with her work. So happy to have found a new nail tech! Highly recommend Alie to anybody :)

I have been coming to Alie for neatly 2 years. I originally found her when looking for a last minute mani/pedi for vacation and have been a regular every 5-6 weeks! She always NAILS it with color choice and sparkle! I've referred several friends to her and they too are always pleased with her services and conversation! Can't wait to see you on April for my Puerto Rico mani/pedi! Love you gurl!!

I'm not sure why my previous review disappeared, but this was literally the worst pedicure I've ever had. Nearly two years later, it is still quite memorable. First, she unapologetically was 15+ mins late. (This time did not extend my appt later, either.) She didn't cut my nails on one foot, kept inexplicably disappearing for several minutes ata time, spent a good 10 mins chatting on the phone while working on me (perhaps this is why she forgot my toes?), and gave the briefest, most inept massage on my legs. I kept looking around for hidden cameras because it felt surreal, esp during her absences. I was convinced I was on some practical joke show. Her next client arrived and she hurried me on my way in the rain with wet toes, talking about "next time", which is certainly never going to happen. I left a 1-star review, and last week, nearly two years later, she responded that it couldn't have been her. I updated my review with a screenshot of the appt confirmation in my email, and now it has disappeared. Well, here I am putting it back.

Alie is my favorite nail tech ever. I'm really picky when it comes down to cleanliness especially and she goes above and beyond to make sure things stay extra clean unlike many of the walk-in places nearby. Moreover, I never feel rushed as she always ensures to take her time and puts costumer satisfaction above all. Alie has now became my go to!

Very unprofessional services and behavior. My first appointment, Allie cancelled on me...My second appointment I arrived five minutes early and waited for her to finish the customer ahead of me for almost 45 minutes. For my third appointment I needed to reschedule and Allie complained via txt. My fourth appointment, Allie cancelled on me because "The toilet needed fixing" at her facility and told me to come in tomorrow and never texted me back the details and left me hanging. (See txt thread below) I attempted to reschedule an appointment after this incident for a mani/pedi THREE WEEKS in advance on her scheduling site and she totally ignored me. The gel layer is now peeling off from my manicure done by Allie in May and my nails are so thin and worn down beneath the gel they are extremely sore! Please see pic below. Allie has a passion for her business and an artistic talent as well, however, in my opinion her courtesy, professionalism and technique could use much improvement. Not recommended.

She doesn’t amazing job on gel nails. And I love her pedicures.
