Had a fabulous experience getting a pre vacay haircut! It was better than my regular places in milw. Staff was super friendly and listened to what I wanted! 5 star all way!

I had gotten the best hair cut that I've had in quite some time from a different store manager but unfortunately I didn't get her name

Wonderful for my toddler’s first haircut! I love the Great Clips app checkin system—much easier than scheduling an appointment ahead of time when your toddler is in tow. The stylist made my son feel so comfortable and it was a great haircut. Very pleased!

This Great Clips has limited hours, so I was excited to finally be able to go in and buy shampoo yesterday evening since I got off work early. That was the first and now last time I will set foot into Great Clips. I had a small cart with my young child sitting in it and went to pull in to buy the shampoo. The woman at the counter did not greet me whatsoever and instead shooed me away. In a very unwelcoming voice, she said "sorry, you can't bring a cart in here and I am booked." There was no "hello," no "hi how are you". Just rudely kicked me out. I promptly said I just wanted to buy shampoo and walked immediately out. How dare this employee not allow my young child to enter with a cart. How dare she kick me out so quickly and not be kind or welcoming in any way. I was not about to leave my 4-year old outside the store in Meijer and just wanted to buy shampoo. She was so rude. I am never stepping foot inside there ever again. What a shame because Meijer staff are SO NICE and accommodating. She should take note.

This review is for the Great Clip location inside Meijers on Richmond Appleton and not for the stylist I checked in online and the site did not allow me to check what services I needed when I arrived at the location I was told that location only does haircut and does not provide hair style services. Such a waste of my time please make sure to update the location website so that it is not misleading that all services are available.

Had every intention of using this service for the senior discount. Convenient to my location. No more making an appointment over the phone. You do it on line. I can handle that. However - i don’t accept rude behavior. Or less service. The person answering the phone made me feel rushed in asking my questions. She didn’t introduce herself. It was Meijers location on Richmond. Once I found out shampooing wasn’t an option , each service ( hair cut, bangs, etc) is separate I was out. I’ll go with a salon that offers full service. A salon that doesn’t includes a full cut and shampoos.

With Covid it certainly can be challenging to get out for a hair cut, especially when it's for 3 toddlers. The staff was wonderful in walking me through the new process, checking us in and being patient and accommodating of our needs. Thank you for the great experience!

This is the third time I've tried to walk in with my son for a cut and been told if I haven't already checked in online that they couldn't take him. We walked right past a sign that said "walk right in no appointment needed". The gal today even went as far as to say she was closing early due to her not feeling well so *basically* don't come back. This should be the most convenient place to get my sons hair cut but that hasn't been the case lately.

This location is amazing! Tricia is the best both with haircutting and a great positive attitude each time!

She does a great job of cutting hair and doesn't take alot of time either.

I wish they would be open on Fridays or weekends. That would give them 5 stars as I really liked the hair cut.

I love the place. But the lady that did my hair didn't do a good job. Didn't cut it like I told her to.

It was such a rush and shoddy job. There was no one there to rush except me. I gave great clips a second chance after a year. Never going back again.
