Elite Nails Spa

I visit Elite for all my pedicure and manicure needs. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The staff are fabulous. They are well trained and do an excellent job. The design work is impeccable. I highly recommend this nail spa.

I visited the salon four times. Four out of four times, I have left with nails of varying length, cuticles that were not manicured in spite of my asking that the cuticles be trimmed, and messy appearance in the fill of the acrylic nail. I had male technicians for all of my visits and I can’t recommend them. I do not know about the female technicians. Their clients seemed happy with them.

Please don’t go to this nail salon. I got dip to go on vacation and one of the male nail techs did my nails. I asked him not to use the drill on my natural nail which I have been getting healthy for months. He did anyway. I asked him to cut my cuticles…. He proceeded to file my mail down more and it did nothing for my cuticles except make them look cracked and dry. These photos are from 3 days after my manicure and it looks like it’s been growing out for over a week. He also did 3 layers of dip and did not smooth it out with the drill after application which has left a horrendous and globbed on look to my nails. I’ve never had such a poor quality manicure in years or getting my nails done. whatever tech I went to needs some training.

I decided to try Elite nails a few months ago and have walked away happy every time! Adam did them the first time and did such a fantastic job that I have asked for him ever since. I think the 2nd time in he asked about putting a design on my ring finger nails. I told him to go for it. He came up with something on his own and he now does it every time. I’ve posted he’s most recent artwork. He’s so creative and a pleasure to talk with while there.

Jennifer has 15 plus years of experience and it shows it in the service. Steady hand, no ripples, just perfection. I travel throughout the USA for work and it’s hard to find good nail services.

Absolutely wonderful! They took me in last min before closing and were super kind about it. very clean and amazing atmosphere. This will be my new salon 🩷

Never had a bad experience before today. First of all the cut wont stop bleeding after 5 hours bc its that deep. The lady put lotion on my hands after finishing the mani which then smeared the blood on my nails. I also got a pedicure and the lady used her NAILS no gloves or anything to scrub my legs along with the liquid scrub which left SCRATCHES on my legs. Never coming back here.

Jennifer was amazing! She took her time and her attention to detail was unmatched. I went to see her just a week after getting my nails done at another nail salon and she fixed them and made them look completely flawless! I’m so happy to have found this nail salon and don’t intend on going anywhere else!

I’ve been to this nail salon twice and had two completely different experiences. First time was great, nails were beautiful. The second time around, I showed the nail tech a design, she seemed hesitant so I showed her another much simpler one to which she said, “Oh yeah I can give you that!” Fast forward 45 minutes, they look like HORRIBLE. Like, I was shocked. The other nail techs even walked over and saw the photo on my phone of the nail design I originally wanted and they all laughed at her. Personally, I don’t think it’s funny. It was a waste of both my money and time. I asked her to redo them and just give me a black tip french manicure, which she does fine. Fast forward a few days, I’m literally just lying in bed and notice one of my nails is cracked in half. Didn’t even realize it happened at first. She filed down the acrylic so much, because she had to redo her whole design, that they now are paper thin. I’m considering going back and asking for them to fix the nail at the very least, and possibly a refund, but I really don’t recommend the place. The inconsistency is just kind of unacceptable. Edit: I received a call after posting a review in which I was basically blamed for the poor service. I was told I should have told them when I called that I wanted a design so they could schedule me with a tech who could accomplish it. Completely ignoring the fact I showed her a picture and she confidently said she could do it. I guess it’s my fault?

It was our first time at Elite on a friend’s recommendation. It was our girls day so I made the appointments for 4 of us to get pedicures together. We only ended showing up with 3 people but they took us right away and we sat side by side with a tech for each of us, as promised. They were so friendly and accommodating! He also saw the champagne I brought and not only opened the bottle but also poured for us. We all loved our jell-o pedis and had a fun and relaxing time!
