Absolutely loved my experience at this new hair salon! From the moment I booked my appointment, everything was seamless and easy. The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in, and the salon itself is super comfortable—clearly designed with the customer in mind. The team really understands what their clients need, and it shows in every detail. My hair service (gray hair coverage and a blow out) was absolutely excellent—one of the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the results. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely incredible experience here. I found extra time on a busy day to get a blowout here and it was such a wonderful experience. When I called ahead, they were so kind and so incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure if I was able to make it and they still were able to fit me in right before I had to rush to a black tie wedding and I am so immensely grateful!! not only were they so incredibly kind but so amazingly talented. It was the best blowout I’ve ever had!! the massage chair chairs for the shampoo are an unreal touch too. Such a wonderful place! I was visiting from out of town and if I was a local, I would definitely be using this as my go to salon. Thank you both!! ❤️❤️

By far the best hair salon you can find in NY!!! I never managed to have longer hair till I met Ricky. Alan does the best natural looking blonde hair! They are both amazing!!! It is very centrally located in Downtown Manhattan. 💯 recommend!!!

Amazing!! I’ve been coming to Luxxor for 3 years and I’ve had both Alan and Ricky cut my hair. Both have given me the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere, professional staff, and worth every penny. I would highly recommend for anyone.

After moving to NYC & experiencing some tragic hair stylists, I found Ricky and Alan of Luxxor. My hair was in "recovery" and I was so nervous to have anyone touch it. Ricky & Alan were so understanding, patient and brought me back to the beautiful hair I once had... even better. Thank your Ricky for the beautiful cut and Alan for the beautiful blonde all while keeping my hair healthy & shiny.

The ambience is amazing, very welcoming and stylish. They have complimentary drinks while you are doing your hair. The hair styling was fantastic. I have received lots of compliments!!

Alan is a fantastic colorist. Ricky is amazing with the scissors. Luxxor is a hidden gem in FiDi. I went to get gray highlights and they came out spectacular. They really know their craft and they’re so passionate about it you can’t help but trust them with all their amazing suggestions. I’m so happy I found this place around the corner from my home…. But my favorite thing is probably the little menu with beverages haha. I love my red wine while getting my hair done. 100% recommend it.

This salon is amazing! They made me and my partner, who kindly sat 5 hours while I got my hair done, feel so welcome! Everyone was so wonderful and Alan made my hair look amazing! He was super thorough and explained everything I needed to know about getting a fashion color. Maycon was super attentive and really made sure I was comfortable. It's a bit on the pricey side but honestly super worth it for the experience. My partner even said that while he's not the kind of person to really splurge on salons, he would definitely come here before a special occasion. Will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful experience! I came from Brazil and was treated by incredible professionals. Ricky was exceptional with my cut. I received great service and the cappuccino was wonderful!!! I highly recommend.
