Crystal Nails

I'm new to Cleveland and this was my third nail salon to try. I thought I had finally found The One until the technician force my sandals on before my toes were dry! when I showed her how she had messed up my polish she just dabbed a little more polish on and sent me on my way. That night I had to re-polished my toe nails myself. As for my nails they are very nice. Not sure if i will return or continue my journey seeking out a great nail salon in or around Cleveland.

Iv’e been coming here for years, and Kathy is my go to nail tech! She's speedy, accurate, and extremely affordable. The best part, my nails never lift, and I get at-least 3 weeks before it's time for a refill. The salon is older and may not have the latest and greatest, but when the quality, and pricing is the good why complain.

Came to get nails done for graduation photos and did not leave disappointed! They did an amazing job, looks identical to the photos! Will be coming back for prom nails!!! Update: due to flooding, was not able to get prom nails here, but I will be back in the near future!!!

My nails have to be constantly painted to cover up the damage done by dremel tool damage. They cracked the thumb nail and now it’s damage and infected. I understand that they don’t want my fake nails just popping off but i didn’t deserve to have my nails destroyed and cracked to the nail bed. They didn’t push my cuticles back and they looked horrible and grown out in 3 days. Not worth the time or money.

They do a very good job. Came for refill and they were perfect. Will be coming back here. Editing my review. Let me start by saying they did NOT do my design on my nails. I only went for a refill.. Its now been almost a week since I came here for a refill and now noticing my nails are lifting up. Also when looking at them, you can tell they didn't sand/file down correctly where it needed a refill. I dont think i will be going back I also had my 5 yr olds nail and toes painted and the nail polish was old. Her polish started coming off the same day. Super thick and nasty.

First time coming to the shop I'm new to the Cleveland area and I'll have to say, I probably won't even try any other shops I'm very pleased with the end result and service. My girl Kathy doesn't disappoint. I've been to other nail tech but never amazed me as much as she has. I've been to her twice now and I loved her work and she gets done quick but also pays attention to detail. I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time, which scared me but they made her feel comfortable. They have a client for life.

I've been coming to this nail salon exclusively for over 5 years! I've literally had everything done that they offer and I've been pleased 100% of the time!! They are always professional and fit me into their schedule when they know I'm busy!!! I can not speak highly enough and I always recommend them to my friends and family!!! Y'all are literally the best nail salon I've ever been to! I get treated like family!!!

Hands down this is the best nail salon to go to! Kathy has been doing my nails for years now & I have never had a bad experience with her. Everyone at this salon is very friendly too!

Poor service, do not listen to customer request, do not provide the service you pay for. Nails looked cheap and old and were not the color I requested the design was sub-par to say the least. Paid for a full service pedicure but all she did was paint my toes. Nail polish came off before I even made it home. Went back to ask them to fix both problems but were to busy to help me. They offered to give me back the money for the full set and told me I could go fix the mess somewhere else. But refused to do anything but repolish my toes. When I asked why I paid for a delux package and didn't get it. The attendant said once polish is on no refunds. Regardless of what I paid for and did not get.
