Set an appointment for my sons first hair cut for 540 because that's the soonest we could get there because of traffic. I booked the appointment 2 hours before. We show up at 535 and the door is locked, closed sign is up and nobody will answer the phone. ?!? Does nobody check for bookings and just leave? Would have been nice for a call at least. Drove way out of our way for nothing.

We had a wonderful experience with Victoria at Snip It’s! My husband had decided one weekend to cut our son’s hair on his own. We needed help and fast. Booked online, very easy. Were welcomed warmly and Victoria saved the day and my boys hair from his father’s awful scissor hands. She took her time with him and was patient as could be. He loved getting his card at the end and his prizes. I’d recommend Snip It’s over any other national haircut place. It’s a great place for kids, decorated for kids, they also have lots of products, ribbons and bows. They make it an experience for your child and not just a haircut.

Amanda was able to take us in even we are few minutes late and that we booked the wrong branch. Speaking of booking though, the website doesn't have an option to choose the branch so we ended up getting one from Garners Ferry instead of what we wanted in Lexington.

The lady let me sit there for 25 minutes just to tell me it booked me for the next day instead of the time I selected which could have been avoided if she came up to me when I first walked in. Very unprofessional. She could have still cut my sons hair after letting me sit there for 25 minutes.

My son loves his haircut from Amanda. We had went to a great clips on two notch in Columbia previously and my son got cut on his ear by the clippers and had a terrible experience. He was terrified to get a haircut, but Amanda made him very comfortable and we had an amazing experience overall. We will definitely be coming back.

Tyrelle was amazing! She was kind and very patient with my grandson. My grandson doesn’t like to get his hair cut. This was the first barber that I have taken him to that was able to complete a full haircut on grandson. We will definitely return. Snip-it’s is a must have for all parents.

I took my 2 year old son here today for his first haircut and Ms. Angie was AMAZING. My toddler did not sit still at all and cried a good bit and she still was able to give him a great haircut! She is seriously skilled to give a tantrum throwing toddler such an amazing haircut. She also was super kind and patient through out the entire appointment.
