Horrible service. Don’t know waste your money or your time. Haven’t got my nails done in forever figured I’d treat myself. It seems like they have one girl just whipping acrylic on the nails quickly and then they move you to the second girl who files and paints. I don’t know if this is to turn clients faster, either way they both did trash work. So not one but two girls couldn’t give me what I asked for so I ended up paying 50 dollars and leaving without even painted. I do know the woman who owns the place does great work and usually has awesome service. I just don’t think her new hires know what the heck they’re doing. Now I’m heading to have them fixed at a different shop.

I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and I spend a good amount of money at this establishment each month. Today I went in expecting to get a fill and a pedicure (at least $140). A man began my nails and a lady took over, immediately I noticed her demeanor was off and she was being rude. When it came time to pick a color I asked about nail stickers and she just kept demanding I pick a color. She raised her voice and stated “just pick a color.” I became flustered and said the wrong number, she got upset about that and continued to be rude. After this she aggressively grabbed my hands, I pulled away and said I was going to leave and go somewhere else. I paid for the service they had completed and went someone else to have my nails painted and a pedicure. I will never be back and recommend other people go elsewhere as well. I am in disbelief that I was treated that way, that it was allowed, and no one apologized. This salon could have made $140 plus a 20% tip, instead they made $20 and lost a customer.

Worst nail spa I have ever experienced. The service was horrible. Pedicure listed for $45 the lady next to me received better Pedicure for $35 then she tells me its an additional $20 for Gel polish BS was going to do my nails and eyebrows but Went elsewhere to all my travel nurses avoid this place....it's a reason they didn't have a wait.. horrible service!

They are terrible asked for a gel manicure they put acrylic on and filed my real nails done to barely there . The polish was supposed to be color changing it did not change at all. It was stated it would be 35 dollars they charged 50. It is dirty and disgusting. They should pay for the damage done to my real nails!

Friendly gracious staff and did a relaxing pedicure and manicure. Gel on nails was pretty and seems tuff on nails. Reflexology with hot stones felt great on feet and legs.

Took me right away and T did exactly as I asked for and very friendly and professional. My nails look beautiful and very pleased. I will be back !!

My pedicure lady seem to have a little interest in getting my pedicure. I sat for 25 minutes waiting as they told me it would be five minutes she was more interested in talking to her coworkers I paid for $45 pedicure. She did not put base coat on, nor did she finish putting a second coat on my right Foot They also we’re out of all the colors I chose until number five She must seem to think that she was quite gifted that she could do my pedicure while looking around at other things, not paying attention to where she was on my feet

I went and got my nails done on July 31st 2025 and my nails come off not even a week later. I also paid $115.00 I will not go back to this location again..

*waited 45 minutes to sit *Limited selection *Terrible etiquette to non-reg customer *Wrong shape/style (asked for short stiletto, received long almond) *Thin, streaky polish *Rushed after long wait *Tech was rude about me not knowing certain terminology *Tech kept trying to push a more simple job(kept insisting on Pink with French tips, even had to stop her from adding them in the end which was the 3rd time of stating I did not want nor like French tips) *Tech didn't have color I selected from already rather limited selection and instead of saying anything to me she chose another color (green) I had previously mentioned at the beginning of the appointment from the same cat eye set, at this point I was asking for a blueish/purple silver color. Completely different, said nothing to me about the change, didn't even apologize for not having the color I chose *Rushed to payment after this and insisted on cash *Went back 2 days later to address concerns and was rudely talked down to and dismissed *Will not be returning, EVER. It's a shame, really. I had a friend who used to regular this spot and they were always so kind and accommodating to her when there were mistakes or corrections. That's why I went here. Going to Julie at Hair graphics to get fresh, highly recommend her instead if you want to be treated like a person and not just another chair.

i went in and got seated, told him i wanted my nails off and a black gel on my regular nail. he tells me no and i should get a fill instead, i told him no i wanted them off 2 times, aswell did my friend. he went ahead and filled them, painted them black, and put a design on both hands without consent. not to mention there is bubbles on my thumb.
