If you are looking for a salon that is clean and care about the spread of infectious diseases. Look no further! First of all, they use an autoclave to sterilize the implements used to perform pedicures and manicures. An autoclave is used in surgical environments to prevent cross contamination from person to person. There are very few salons in the city offering this level of sanitation. I have been coming here for about 2 years for pedicures only. Not only is this place clean, both nail technicians are very professional and they take good care of my 95 year old mother. She loves coming here! The ladies go far above the mark in making sure your service is relaxing and enjoyable. Looking for an amazing pedicure, this is the place!

I had my first appointment at the Natural Nail Spa on Saturday. Everything was very clean and nice looking in the salon, but unfortunately my experience was lacking. I’m not a fan of pedicures, but scheduled one because I’m 23 weeks pregnant and it’s getting more and more difficult to care for my feet the way I’d like to. First, I noticed that they didn’t clean under my toenails during the pedicure. I will say they were very careful to make sure I was comfortable during the experience, knowing I didn’t like pedicures. I also had a manicure done. One of my biggest concerns with my nails is the dry skin around my nails which wasn’t properly cared for. I paid for the Care to be Natural manicure expecting full care of my cuticles which didn’t happen. The day I got home, one of my fingernail’s polish chipped, and today my toenail polish chipped. It's disappointing. Everyone was very nice, but I don’t know that I will be returning.

Love this place! I have been going for a few months now and always have a wonderful experience. I wanted to share my experience with the new Covid-19 measures in place. The place was extremely clean. Upon entering they check your temperature and have you wash your hands. Everyone is expected to wear a mask (even customers). They have clear patricians up so you are a safe distance. I felt completely safe the entire time!

My daughter and I visited The Natural Nail Spa for pedicures this past weekend and it was SO nice! Clean, neat, relaxing setting and super friendly people! I would highly recommend this nail Spa to anyone searching in the Columbus area! Priced just right and thankfully just a beat away from the crowds of Polaris Mall.

The salon was very clean and cute. However, the polish application was awful. I got white polish, and the application is bumpy, uneven, one of my smaller toes didn't get polished. Best said it was sloppy, and looked like the nail tech didn't know how to polish. I emailed the salon asking for someone to contact me, so hopefully they will. Overall, first skill of a nail technician is to be able to polish!!! I won't go back.

The spa is nice but the experience was average.They told me I was supposed to have an appointment with one girl, and it ended up being with somebody else. I got a gel mani and the gel polish started chipping after 4 days. I know they guarantee nails for 10-14 days after and will fix your nails if they chip but I've gotten them done other places and they didn't chip at all for two or even three weeks.

I have worked closely with the owner of this nail spa and I can say with full confidence that she has built a business that is truly relaxing, natural and chemical free. This salon and spa is by far a leader in the industry. With years of experience their expertise, knowledge and customer care is unmeasurable. I would highly recommend this company because they genuinely care about their customers receiving a product that they are 100% satisfied with.

I absolutely love this nail salon. Clean, and professional!!! I have had problems with other gel polish systems, but the Orly Gel FX that is used here is awesome. I definitely get 3 weeks out of my mani (and I work in a profession that requires frequent hand washing). Make an appointment, you will not be disappointed!!

service was awful. I do not recommend this place. I tried booking a appointment in person for two people and the girl wouldn't book us in. I guess the didn't want more business. So we went to H20 Nail salon works with Natural nails they do a awesome job! Ask for the dip polish!
